🏢 Important Update for Our Community 🏢
Dear valued clients,
We hope this message finds you well. Over the past year, we've been tirelessly working to address the issue of the building next door, which has unfortunately fallen into a dilapidated state. Before it reached this condition, we initiated the process of obtaining permits from Dekalb County to have it torn down.
Regrettably, we've encountered challenges in our efforts, facing nothing but the runaround from the county. Despite our ongoing attempts, the county has not provided the necessary support, and over the holidays, we received citations for the building's condition.
To add to our difficulties, the building, once secured, faced vandalism, and despite our best efforts to prevent further damage by securing entrances, we experienced incidents where vandals broke the windows.
