☀️Don't forget to join us this 𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟐𝟗𝐭𝐡, 𝐚𝐭 𝟗:𝟑𝟎𝐚𝐦 for some fun in the sun at 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐬 & 𝐁𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐥𝐬. Lets give our pooches some fun before it gets too hot. The pool will be full and there will be plenty of shade and water for the dogs plus drinks and snacks for the humans. We hope to see you there!

This event takes place in our Bark Park located behind the clinic and is open to patients 4 months of age and older who are current on their core vaccines.

🐶If you're unsure whether this would be a good event for your canine companion, please ask one of our team members and we would be happy to discuss your concerns. Even if your dog is anti-social and prefers the introverted life or you prefer the company of our kitty companions, you are still welcome to come with out a pet to visit with our team and get to know who we are outside of the exam room.

🎉We are thrilled to celebrate a special milestone at Animal Tracks Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Lindsay Thomas is marking her two-year anniversary with us, and we couldn't be more excited!

👩‍⚕️Dr. Lindsay Thomas joined our team in 2022 after graduating from the Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Over the past two years, she has been an invaluable asset to our hospital, bringing her expertise and passion for veterinary medicine to each case. With special interests in surgery and ultrasound, Dr. Thomas has played a crucial role in enhancing the quality of care we provide.

🐾Beyond her professional accomplishments, Dr. Thomas is deeply committed to positively impacting the community. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering, particularly with children, and cherishes moments spent with her husband and their fur babies. Her dedication inside and outside the clinic is truly inspiring, and we are fortunate to have such a compassionate and skilled veterinarian on our team.

🔔It’s the beginning of the month. Don’t forget to give your pet their monthly prevention. We have multiple preventions available in stock in the hospital, such as: ♥️Proheart 6, Proheart 12, HeartGard Plus, NexGard Plus, and NexGard available for our 🐶canine companions. For our 🐱feline companions, we have NexGard Combo, and Revolution Plus for our larger feline friends.

🐾If you prefer a different prevention, we also have others available through our online pharmacy.

📢Did you know that in 2024 there have already been 9 confirmed cases of Rabies in the state of Alabama? Did you also know that all dogs🐶, cats🐱, and ferrets are required by Alabama law to be vaccinated against rabies? Any animal that has frequent contact with humans should be vaccinated.

🩺For the entire month of June, we will be offering discounted rabies vaccines at our hospital.💉

🐾We’d like to thank everyone who came out for Barks & Bagels yesterday. While it may not have been full of sun, it was definitely full of FUN! We had a great turnout with even a few new faces and it didn’t take long for everyone to make friends.

🥯If you missed out this month, that’s okay! Barks & Bagels is a monthly event open to clients and patients of Animal Tracks who are 4 months of age and older and current on their core vaccines. This event runs through October and takes place on the last Saturday or every month. Our next Barks & Bagels will be Saturday, June 29th.

🫂May is Mental Health Month and in a career field with alarming high su***de rates and depression, it's important that we take the time for team building and show our team how much we appreciate their hard work every day.
