Hey again, y’all! It’s looking like we will likely be closed all day today, January 22nd. Road conditions are very hazardous right now and are likely to remain that way most of the day. We are reaching out via text and email to notify all clients with appointments today.

Please know that your animals will still be cared for. We guarantee that your animals will still be fed, have clean environments, and will ensure that they are in good health.

Beach towels looking a little rough from too much fun in the sun?⛱ That's okay - we'll give them a new, loving home! 🥰

We'd love to receive donations of medium to large-sized beach or bathroom towels. Towels are in high demand here at the hospital🏥, as we use them for bedding🛏, treatments💉, and more.

Bring them by during our office hours (M-F 9AM-6PM / SAT 9AM-3PM), or feel free to drop them off on our porch after hours. We appreciate you!

Spring Break boarding has arrived at For Pet's Sake, and we've got a full house! 🏠 As some of you may know, we use old or gently-used beach ⛱ or bath towels for many purposes in our hospital. 🏥

If you find yourself replacing your pool towels for the Summer ☀️, we ask that you consider donating them to us.

Fall boarding is upon us at For Pet's Sake! We've got quite the full house here!

While we take care of your beloved birds, rabbits, reptiles, & more, we'd like to remind you that it's never too early to schedule your next boarding reservation!

Thinking about boarding for the winter holidays? Call us today at 404-248-8977 to get your pet on our schedule! Reservations are made on a first come, first served basis so we recommend calling sooner rather than later. Otherwise we cannot guarantee we will have space to board your pet.

Please note that all pets MUST be current on wellness exams, & rabbits must be fully vaccinated for RHDV (having both an initial vaccine & then the booster) before boarding with us.

Today we'd like to recognize a very special person - our Office Manager, Katie Argo. Today is Katie's 10-year anniversary of working with For Pet's Sake!!!!

If you've ever been to our hospital, chances are you've met Katie. Katie is not only a pillar of strength at our hospital, but also an exuder of positive energy. She ensures that our fridges are stocked with fresh veggies and fruits for our boarding animals, our break room is filled with snacks for our staff, our clients and patients feel cared for, and so much more.

Katie speaks to our clients and staff with a care and empathy because she genuinely loves what she does. One would be hard-pressed to find another person with such a big heart.

For Pet's Sake wouldn't be the same without Katie. So, thank you, Katie, for being you and for your dedication to our hospital and work family.

2023 is flying by faster than our avian patients and boarders! The time to book your boarding for the month of November is now. Don't wait until the last minute, as we cannot guarantee we will have space for your pet if a booking isn't made ahead of time. Call our hospital to make your boarding booking at (404) 248-8977.

IMPORTANT (read below):

*Please note that a current exam is REQUIRED to board at our hospital. This exam MUST BE DONE PRIOR TO BOARDING. The exam CANNOT be done during your pet's stay in order to ensure the health of all boarding animals.

* All boarding rabbits MUST have the RHDV (Rabbit Hemorrhagic Disease Virus) vaccine done 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO BOARDING in order for the vaccine to take its full effect.
