At Head-to-Tail Dog Grooming, the safety, health, and happiness of every dog I groom has always been my top priority. I take great pride in providing high-quality care and maintaining a professional, loving environment for your pets.
Recently, I became aware of false and harmful statements being shared by a former employee. To clarify, this individual was let go over a month ago due to repeated misconduct, including theft and failure to perform her duties—not for any claims regarding the mistreatment of animals. These false allegations only began after her dismissal and appear to be an attempt to harm my reputation.
I want to assure all of my clients that these claims are entirely untrue. At Head-to-Tail, I would never intentionally or unintentionally harm any dog. The well-being of your pets is and always has been my utmost priority.
