Dear P.A.W.H.S. Family & Friends,

In recent times, the concern for animal welfare has become more prominent as our society strives to ensure the humane treatment of all living beings.

We want to let you all know that we are grateful for you reaching out and we want to let you know that we have indeed heard you. Your voice does matter.

This proposal aims to garner the necessary
signatures to initiate a formal requisition for a full, thorough and impartial investigation to be conducted into the tragic and catastrophic drowning of a horse that occurred in Powell County, Montana about or on June 11,2024.
