Many of you have become fans of our dairy cow, Lady. She wanted to share some news with everyone! This little nugget of cuteness was born this morning and we are in love with her already. The naming committee (my 6 and 3 year old kids) are hard at work but suggestions are welcome!

We have seen that unfortunately, several of our clients have had a challenging year involving loss, medical battles or financial struggle. We were sad to learn that one of our sweetest boarders crossed the rainbow bridge recently. His owners were very generous and donated many of his belongings to us. Among them is a some Royal Canin Hepatic prescription diet food. Does anyone have a dog on this food? Send me a message if so!

Exciting news! We are now a supplier of Chou2 Pharma products! We have been using their products in house for a while now as an add-on for boarded dogs and several of you inquired about purchasing so we made it happen. The 'Chill' oil is our first choice for nervous nellies or stressful situations (vet, travel, boarding). They also make a 'Digest' chewable that has been great for those stress diarrhea dogs (I'm looking at you, German Shepherds!) The 'Senior Comfort' is a good choice for our guests in their golden years who are a bit anxious about being away from home and could benefit from some comfort care as well.
We aren't stocking a ton of these right off the bat, so if you're interested in picking some up shoot me a message ahead of time and I'll make sure I have some for you!

He's finally here! Brooks Whittaker Sampson joined us 6/25/24. Everyone is happy and healthy. We appreciate all of your kind words and prayers these past few weeks, we truly have the best clients! Just a reminder that reservations taking place during the next week or so will likely be greeted by Jake or Kayden, Carrie is taking a few days to rest and recover. Calls and texts might take a bit longer to receive a response, but still within 24hrs. Texting is preferred if possible, gotta let that baby sleep 😉

Hey Deer Bark fam! I just wanted to let you know that we are in the final days (hopefully) before our family grows by one more tiny human! Scheduled reservations should not be impacted, although it is possible you'll either be greeted by my husband, Jake, or employee, Kayden. I might be slightly slower to respond to calls and texts regarding bookings for a day or two, so your patience is appreciated. A reminder that you are always welcome to use the online booking tool to check availability and make reservations. Many of you have seen our Kuranda beds, your dogs certainly have! We have used Kuranda since day 1 because they are the only thing that stands up to the abuse. They are super easy to clean and disinfect and they LAST! If you want a more personal testimony, just ask your dog! Use the link below to learn more or purchase your own. This sweet girl is looking for a new home. Macy is a 7 year old spayed lab mix. She is good with other dogs (her previous roommate was 5 pounds)! No experience with cats. Owners are moving out of state and unable to take her. Message me if interested! Please share.
