Meet Peeper, or Peeps for short. She likes her peace and quiet, and a nice, calm spot to chill. Peeper has been dealt a rough hand—declawed and tossed outside. She also has a bald spot from a flea collar left on way too long. But she’s come out the other side with her head held high—and maybe a little crooked, thanks to her charmingly cross-eyed look. Peeper's favorite activities are making biscuits, chasing cat toys, sunbathing, and occasionally grumbling when she's unsatisfied. She’s looking for a loving home where she can finally relax and be appreciated for the special cat she is.

We believe every dog deserves the magic of Christmas—a warm bed, loving cuddles, and the joy of being part of a family. By becoming a foster, you can make that dream come true for one of our shelter pups.
Here’s how it works:
1️⃣ Head to our website and submit a foster or adoption application.
2️⃣ Make sure your other pets are spayed/neutered and up-to-date on vaccines.
3️⃣ Ensure you’re allowed to have animals at your residence.
The best part? As a foster, you get first pick on adopting the dog you’re fostering—so you might just meet your new best friend!

Hi, I’m Dale. I’ve had a bit of a rough go, but I’m finally ready to start fresh with a family who’ll love me forever. A few months ago, I was surrendered to the shelter with another cat (who has since found a home). I didn’t feel well and couldn’t eat or groom myself, which made me sad and a little scared. When the kind people here took me to see the vet, they found painful masses in my mouth that needed surgery right away.
Since my surgery, I feel like a whole new cat. I can eat my snacks – which I love – and I’m finally gaining weight and getting a soft shine to my long coat. I’m so happy to meet everyone I see, and I even like dogs!
I know I might need some extra care to keep my coat looking nice, but I promise I’ll make it worth it. I’ve got so much love to give and can’t wait to find a family who’ll love me back.
