Well that’s a wrap for 2022. I would like to thank all our amazing customers for trusting us to care for their four~legged babies 🐶 Looking forward to spending Christmas weekend with our family and friends. Thank you everyone who filled out the questionnaire. I will be working on the 2023 schedule next week. We have been busy getting the new shop up and ready. I am hoping to have our first day January 17, 2023. If you have any questions feel free to pm me. Looking forward to new start to 2023. Merry Christmas and Happy New Years 🎄🎁🎉

To My Valued Customers:
I would like to thank everyone for 14 wonderful years of business. It has been a very difficult decision, but I have decided to close my salon. This decision was not an easy choice. As of December 23, 2022 Amy’s Pampered Pets will be closing. I will continue to groom, but it will be from my home. Unfortunately, I will not be able to take all of my clients with me. I will be working alone and will only be able to groom a small amount of dogs per day and they will have to be under 40 pounds. If you would like to book your appointment for 2023 please fill out attached questionnaire. I hope I will be able to continue to groom your four~legged babies.

Thank you everyone for being so patient with us while we are trying to catch up. I believe we have called everyone that missed an appointment April 3 - May 4. If you did not hear from us please contact us to get on the schedule. Thank you for your patience and we are glad to be back.

We are starting to slowly open our shop back up on a very limited basis. We will be re-scheduling appointments by starting with
scheduled appts from April 3 and working our way forward from that point. We understand that this is a very frustrating time for everyone but we are working hard to get everyone back on schedule as best as we can. We have over 500 dogs that need to be scheduled and this will obviously take us several months before we are completely caught up. We appreciate your understanding on this matter and we will be contacting you as soon as possible. Due to the volume of calls we are receiving we are not able to answer the phones at this time and we are only allowing one customer in our shop at a time. We miss everyone of you and we are diligently working to re-establish our business to new normal.

We just wanted to update everyone. We still are under the governors mandated stay at home order. With that being said we are hoping that he will lift the order and we will be able to open back up on May 5th. We have not made any new appointments or rescheduled any appointments since we were ordered to close on April 3. We will continue not making or rescheduling appointments until we hear that we can open. We miss each and everyone of our customers and their four~legged babies and look forward to returning. We will keep you posted on how we will be moving forward as soon as we hear we will be able to open. Stay safe and healthy.

I understand many of our clients have been asking to reschedule their appointments. As of now we are not going to rebook any appointments. We are going to wait until we get closer to the end of the governors mandated stay at home order. We want to make sure the dates don’t change and we have to reschedule everyone’s appointments again. We have kept records of all the missed appointments and will try to get them back on the books in the order they were missed. We will be looking into extending our hours after we return to help get everyone’s fur~babies back on track. I am looking into making in home grooming kits. There would be 2 different options a basic care kit and deluxe care kit (brush, comb,shampoo,conditioner,dematting spray). Is there anyone that would be interested in something like that? We are glad to announce that Victoria has been released by her doctors to return to work tomorrow. It has been 4 months since her accident. Thank you to everyone who has asked about how she is doing and donated money. It has been a long road for her, but she is excited to come back.

We had a great weekend at Atlanta Pet Fair & Conference. We attended several classes, connected with other groomers, learned about new products, and watched several grooming competitions. It was a very hectic weekend, but we are excited to share everything we learned with you and your pets.
