Now that we have two different varieties, we feel like our radish microgreens need a special shout out!
Did you know that radish microgreens are some of the most nutritious?
Not only do these babies look gorgeous but they are packed with vitamin A, C, E, and B complex vitamins. Radish microgreens aid in tissue growth and repair, immune function and both cardiovascular and gastrointestinal health. AND they are incredibly flavorful just like a radish bulb, but with 4-40x more nutrients! A perfect addition to any salad or sandwich.
