I know many of you come from an hour or more away for hand stripping services, or clip and scissor cuts as well, because of my expertise. I thought I would share this current article written about myself for our industry magazine, Groomer to Groomer. I am proud to have continued my education, and to continue my education in order to provide the best services to all of my clientele in both haircuts and quality of care of your pets. Remember there is no licensing or nationwide certification for pet groomers. Those of us that go above and beyond to educate and continue educating ourselves, don't do it because we have to. We do it in order to provide the best for all of you. Thank you for your support for the last 22 years, and for the support going forward. ❤️

Heather Roozee began grooming twenty-four years ago and has owned and operated A Groomery Pet Grooming in DeKalb, Illinois for twenty-one of those years. However, she made a name for herself in the grooming industry by competing with her Airedale Terrier, Zeppelin, in grooming contests nationwide.

Hudson got to go play with Barn Hunt (finding rats hidden in tubes)this weekend! Doing terrier things! We had done no classes or practice before this weekend, but he's a natural! He got his Novice title and is ready for more!! This is so fun!!

Hudson took Best of Breed and a Terrier Group 4 last weekend in Council Bluffs,IA. He also scared off the security robot at the hotel. Good boy Hudson! 😅
