The staff at Countryside is very excited to be start offering face-to-face services again starting next week! We greatly appreciate your patience and support during this time. As we move forward into our Phase I reopening, please remember to be kind to our care team. The staff has been working harder than ever with car side services to keep everyone safe. We are doing our best every day to accommodate as many patients as we physically can because we all love what we do. We apologize that we have had high call volumes, longer than usual wait times, and limited appointment availability. We literally come to work because we care about your pets. The people at our practice go above and beyond for the patients in our care including adopting sick/injured pets, missing out on time with our families after hours because weโre worried about a patient, come in the middle of the night for that critical case, come in early, skip lunch, work late with a last minute emergency, calm pets and their owners during scary situations, and cry along side you when a pet passes away. These are the same people getting yelled at, disrespected, and sometimes cussed out by callers on a daily basis. We are here to help you and we put forth our best efforts to assist every call with our best recommendations for the situation. Please remember to treat our staff with compassion, patience, and respect.
