I took in this stray momma 3 days ago who has been living on the streets for months. She is an adorable mix of Lab & Dachshund or something with short stubby legs!! She's not very big. She is a nervous girl, but wants to be sweet

We need a new foster for Coco, the 4lb. storage kitty :-(

She is not using her litter box so we need to figure out why, & she needs someone willing to help her through it.

Please let me know if you are willing to help us give this girl a chance to get healthy & live a good life! 💕 Message the page if you have an extra bathroom she can bunk in.

Update on the stray kitty found at the Buffalo storage unit!

It's a GIRL & her new foster is calling her Coco 😍 She was seen by the vet yesterday & it seems she was found just in the nick of time...This sweetie is estimated at 1.5 years old, & ONLY 4lbs 💔 😭

She is skin & bones & quite wobbly. She is dehydrated, but is showing interest in food. We dewormed & gave her subQ fluids, but we didn't get a blood draw due to her poor condition. We will monitor & reassess once she hopefully gains strength!!

She is happy to be inside & is a purr baby that likes to make biscuits 🥰 Watch for updates on the beautiful little lady 💕

We are exceedingly grateful to each & every one of our Fosters, Volunteers & Supporters over the last 2 years!!

We are looking forward to continuing to help outdoor animals in need in 2024 in whatever capacity we can.

Happy Monday!!
We have a happy update on sweet momma Millie- who has been with us for a year with no interest :-(
She came with her babies & they were all adopted long ago.

It's finally Millies turn, and she found a wonderful home where she is the center of attention, and they adore her!! I just LOVE when these perfect matches are made.

Gizmo #2 is ~12 weeks & was just fixed & vetted last week, so is ready to go to his own forever home!!

He is friendly, likes his pets & hanging out with his people, although he's not a "lap cat" per say. If he could go to a home with another furry friend he would love that!

Meet Bea & Bob! This beautiful, friendly pair of domestic ducks need a home!
They wandered into a subdivision this summer, Bea was injured, and the homeowner has lovingly nursed them back to health. However, they are not allowed to have ducks where they live so a new pet home is needed ASAP! Videos in comments :-)

It's Fri-yay!! Woo-hoo! To celebrate, I have exciting news 🤩 Yesterday AFAR welcomed it's 1st rescue horse in TX! <3 Meet Trooper!! He found himself dumped at an auction & in a bad spot, so we are so thankful he made it to us. Trooper is described as a DraftX, but he just looks like a nice, big, QH with big feet to me! 🤷‍♀️ 😆 He is ~18 and SO well behaved!! He is missing some teeth on the top so we need to investigate & deal with that, he needs vetting & farrier work as well.
