Have you always wanted to make bread OR ready for a winter hobby? (Polar Vortex is COMING!) Learn how to make Sourdough with me, from your own home!

The main ingredients for Sourdough are Flour, Water & Salt, but there are 2 more secret ingredients that you can only get at home. Time and Temperature! Whether you know the basics or know nothing, learning & troubleshooting in your own home environment gives you the best chance of success.

I will go live in a Private Facebook group when you need to tend to your starter, knead your dough, etc. I’ll be doing the same things right along with you and go in depth on each step we're taking.

If you are not able to log on when I go live, everything will be recorded for you to watch on your own time. I will be available daily to answer questions as you are moving along. The group will be what you make it, member participation will be key to all of our success!

$50 - (Includes a portion of my 6 year old Starter) Will include the following topics:
February 16 - Starter, Common Tools & Verbiage
February 23 - Stretch & Folds, Discard Recipes
March 2-Proofing, Add Ins, Whole Grains
March 9-Baking, Troubleshooting

You will need:
Mason Jars for starter & discard
Bowl for mixing
Scale for measuring
Basket/Bowl for proofing
Tea Towel
Probe Thermometer
Dutch oven or covered vessel

If you are local, you also have the option to pick up a “Sourdough Kit” from me with some of the main tools you need.

It’s the last of the tomatoes for the season. Mick is picking and pulling the plants. If you would like some he will be around most of the weekend or send me a message.

Our tomatoes are almost done. We do still have a lot of green ones left if anyone is interested. It was a fantastic growing season!!

Make sure you stop out Sat/Sun 10/5-6. The stand will be full of sweet & spicy peppers cherry tomatoes. We will also have my candy and pickled peppers available.

Look at the size of the habaneros and the bell peppers this year. Wow!!
The stand is fully stocked but if you need larger quantities of anything we grow let me know I will pick them for you.

Thursday we had 250lbs of homegrown tomatoes
by Friday afternoon all were gone. Not to worry we are still picking daily.
