Lead the Way K9 Training is based out of Delaware, Ohio and we help create balanced relationships between humans and dogs through leadership, obedience, behavior modification and socialization. The Key to creating a successful dog-human relationship is that the training you learn continue to be applied, even after our sessions are over.

Does your dog have an “Off Switch”? Some of this current Board & Train group and recently graduated pups are used to running and playing with one another. But they also know how to get into a calm state of mind and practice impulse control when we ask them.

In these pictures you will them socializing and playing but also working on a calm state of mind during “Place” duration session.

Your dog should practice the “Place” command everyday and for different durations of time. During their training program they learn impulse control and how to hold their “Place” with many different distractions.
