🐾 A veterinary wellness examination is a routine medical exam performed when an animal appears healthy. A wellness exam may also be called a physical exam or a check up.

🐾 The focus of a wellness examination is to make sure your pet is as healthy as possible and remains that way.

🐾 During a wellness examination, your pet will have a full physical exam. A series of questions will be asked about your pet’s environment and lifestyle. Vaccines will be given to help keep your animals healthy and prevent life threatening & even deadly diseases. Parasite screening will be performed and preventions will be discussed. In some cases, recommendations for Laboratory Screening will be discussed. Specific recommendations may also be made, which could include nutrition, skin and coat care, joint health, weight management, or dental care.

🐾 Becki has recently returned to Ohio after spending a few years in North Carolina.

🐾 Becki has been a Veterinary Practice Manager since 2018.

🐾 Becki and her husband, Bob, have two boys, Jacob and Brayden. They have a Chihuahua named Gizmo and a Black Labrador named Grinch.

🐾 During Becki‘s spare time, she enjoys outdoor activities like boating,hiking, camping and going to fun Jeep events.

🐾 A fun fact about Becky is that she is a Fraternal Twin. 👫🏼

Some of us at Vetcare had never seen a baby hedgehog before and we thought you’d like to see one too. Daisy, owned by Team Member Kalie, recently had a baby. Kalie is looking for baby name ideas.🦔 The baby hedgehog is still too young to sex, but post your name ideas below. ⬇️

Mortie is the sweetest boy! Dr.Keith was so excited when he enthusiastically jumped up to say hi during his wellness visit.

Roxie received a clean bill of health from Dr. Crisler. The best part was the extra cuddles…..we are not sure who loved them more.☺️
