All owners, drivers, trainers and grooms must have a 2022 Ohio State Racing Commission License for entrance into the paddock at the Delaware County Fair. No exceptions. You can obtain one upon your arrival before you race in the Log Cabin. This will be enforced and no exceptions You will be asked for it at the gate to the paddock.
