Hi everyone! My name is Emma Brias I am a Certified Equine Massage Therapist, and Certified in Cryotherapy.

I’m so excited to share a bit about my journey with you. My love for horses began at just 5 years old when my mom bought a Stable Saturday session at Duzan Riding Academy. Little did she know that moment would spark a lifelong passion! I started riding Hunt Seat, but everything changed when I attended my first rodeo at 8 years old. Not long after, I found my ultimate passion—barrel racing—and I’ve been chasing that dream ever since.

Through years of working with performance horses, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for their health and well-being. These incredible animals give us their all, and because they can’t tell us what they need, it’s our responsibility to ensure they feel their best. My personal experiences navigating lameness and learning how to truly connect with my horses fueled my passion for equine care. I believe in blending holistic approaches with modern medicine to keep these amazing athletes performing at their peak. It’s a privilege to play a role in the bond between horse and rider, especially as they head down the alleyway together.

📚 My Education and Journey
My professional path began under the mentorship of Colleen Runion, who taught me the invaluable skills of reading and listening to the horse. In February 2024, I proudly earned my Certified Equine Sports Massage Therapist (CESMT) certification from Beverly Brady Mnha. In November 2024, I expanded my knowledge by completing the Equine Kneads Cryotherapy course in Colorado. With these experiences, I launched EMB Bodyworks in 2024, turning my passion into a purpose-driven career.

💖 What Drives Me
Helping horses perform their best and supporting their health is what fuels my heart. Every horse has a unique story, and I’m here to listen, learn, and help them thrive. I’m excited to continue this journey and make a difference in the incredible partnership between riders and their equine teammates.

💡Why Cryotherapy?

Cryotherapy exposes areas of the horses body to extremely cold temperatures for short periods of time. Cryotherapy helps decrease inflammation by constricting blood vessels and numbing nerve endnings, which can help with arthritis, pain management, muscle recovery, inflammation, and much more.
