Good evening everyone, Tori here.

I just wanted to say thank you for everyone being so patient with all the big changes we've had this year. One of the toughest decisions we had to make was switching from a two person operation to just one. So it does effect how many dogs we can do in a day and how quickly we can get them done. With this shift in scheduling we do have to change the way we do our pricing. Our new pricing is now switching to an hourly rate.

For exsisting customer the new rate will be
$80 for the first hour and $40-60 (depending on location) for every hour after in 15 minute increments

New customers
$80 for the first hour and $60 per hour after that (also in 15 minute increments)

As all my clients know I am meticulously thorough and always make sure each dog gets the works but with this new pricing the increase might be a bit too much. So to combat that I'll discuss with each client if they want to opt out of the deep deshedding treatment or nail grinding to save on time.

I have started a waiting list for new customers but our openings are typically few and far between. Also I ONLY do bath dogs and outline trims. Labs, pit bulls, german shepards, dobermans, golden retrievers, australian shepards, border collies etcetera. Unfortunately with it being just me in the van we still can not accept extra large dogs, as much I truly love them (being a Great Dane mom myself) it's just to rough on my back.
