I've had a couple requests for the harvest totals/records of the history of my shoots, so I'll post pics of the numbers so everyone can see. The last couple years are handwritten, but you can figure it out. The total for all my shoots is on the bottom right of one of the pics. Most fish is 387+34 extra silvers from 2020. If you have a shoot and you want me to post it on here for you, let me know.

Thank you to all that participated, the Loveland family for allowing us to have checkin at their place, George Mears for always taking our fish, and for all the people and businesses that that supported the HBC the past fifteen years. I have enjoyed meeting the hundreds of new friends over the years. A final total number for all HBC shoots throughout the past fifteen years is 15, 077 fish harvested. Thank you for all the support, and keep on the HBC tradition of Blood, Guts, and Carp Eggs!

Last night, the last HBC Bowfishing tournament ended the 15 year run with a boom as team and tournament totals were shattered! Team Shoot Thru earned 1st place with nearly 400 fish (previous record was 270)! For those who don't know, the HBC shoots only allow three shooters and a cap of 25 silvers. Total fish for the tournament was nearly 2,000 fish from 18 boats! That shattered the old record of 1388 fish. I'll post more specifics this evening. Anyone with pics of big fish and fish dumpster please post them.

I'm wanting to get this raffle board sold off by the shoot on the 25th, so I'm dropping the price to $20/square. Those of you that have paid, I will reimburse you. There are 23 prizes ranging from $20+ to the bow that is $500+. Also, if you don't win a prize and come to the HBC UTL, I will give you a free t-shirt. I will also take money through Google Pay. Spread the word so we can sell this out and have the drawing on the 25th. If it does not sell out by then, the drawing will be on August 15 at the UTL.

I will be selling off a 100 square board at $20/square. You can buy as many squares as you want and choose your number(s) on the board (fcfs on numbers). Numbers will be verified with me when you buy your square(s) to make sure of availability. Numbers will be chosen on an online number randomizer (hopefully at the July 25th Carp Slam if the board sells out). Prizes include: a fully loaded AMS E-Rad bow, AMS bow case, Muzzy XD reel, Muzzy reel seat, Strongbow watch set, Muzzy Bowfishing banner, two sets of 3 packages of Cyclone tips, 3 pack Rage arrows/broadheads, and thirteen arrows (see picture). You can buy your squares from Dustin Houston, Shain Loveland, and Phil Harmon (no online sales). Part of the proceeds will be donated to the Special Olympics of Monticello at the 2020 Carp Slam on July 25. With this being the last year of the HBC tournaments, I appreciate the gentleman mentioned in this post carrying on the bowfishing legacy in our area. It's been a great fifteen year run for the HBC, and I'm going to support these guys this year and years to come. Come out and support what these guys are doing for the sport of bowfishing and their causes. Thank you for supporting the HBC, and I hope to see you at the HBC Under the Lights, the last ever HBC shoot, on August 15!

HBC will be a go as I have 6 teams saying they want to shoot. Morning and evening check ins will be at 8229 E 950 N Delphi, IN 46923. There will not be any hoopla (shirts, door prizes, etc.); just a money competition. You will have to dispose of your own fish. If you are traveling from far away, I will take care of your fish (as long as they fit into my big tubs...lol). We will do the same numbers format as we always have and vote on what categories we will pay out. Be there and checked in by 7:30 A.M., and we will vote on when the P.M. check in will be. Cost is $90/team that includes the Big Fish side pot. See ya Saturday!
