Grace bought Holly*, a mini rex from us this spring. She won Champion Sr. Doe, Reserve Best of Breed, 3rd overall Fancy rabbit and got 3rd in Showmanship! Congrats Grace!

The rabbits are over the fair and ready to be back in the air conditioning! They did not want to pose for pictures with their ribbons at all today and honestly as hot as the week has been I don't blame them.

Cordell took 6 rabbits to the fair this year. He received 4 blues and 2 purples! Samara also won Best in class, best of breed, best fancy rabbit and Best in Show!!

Another rabbit show in the books! We took Terry (blue), Ryann (black) and Samara (broken). They each won best of their variety. Samara got Reserve Mini Rex Breed and each of the boys got 2nd in Showmanship.

Terry has always been my favorite baby. He loves to just cuddle up on your shoulder! I'd say he's grown alot in the last 3 months!

We also added in Lazy AKA Stella into our heard today. Cordell talked to one of the most amazing breeders today and she enjoyed talking to him so much she gifted him a Bun from her champion rabbit. We can not wait to see what she adds to our program! Thank you so much Rusty Acres!

We went to a 2 show show meaning the rabbits got to be judged by 2 different judges and boy were the completely opposite!

Samara (broken Sr. Doe) got 7th in show #1 and got Best of Variety (1st place Sr. Doe) in show #2

Ryann (black Jr Doe) and Terry (Blue Jr Buck) both got good remarks they both got Best of Variety (only ones in their class)

Anxious to watch the babies continue to grow and develop!

We traveled to Colfax Iowa today to have our first rabbit show! We learned so much and didn't do to bad either!

Meet Cordell! The past 2 years he had shown rabbits at the county fair. Last year we went to a few other shows and he got hooked! He fell in love with the Mini Rex breed at a show. This year with his premium money that he got from the county fair he bought 4 mini rex. He wants to breed them and raise his very own rabbits to show and sell to other 4-Hers.
