Hey everyone! Just wanted to take a moment and thank my cousin aaron for installing our gate for the business. This was an idea i’ve been wanting for quite some time but just didn’t have the time to do it. The gate will be open when the shop is open, and of course locked when the shop is closed. The reasonig behind the gate is due to the fact of people just showing up after hours or on days off and wondering around our property. I hate that we have to do this, but its also a privacy matter as well. I know my business is on our private property but the amount of people who wonder all around our property when we don’t answer the shop door is ridiculous!! (& yes you are on camera) so as a peace of mind for me & family the gate was installed. Thanks again Aaron!! ❤️ ya

Good evening everyone!! I just wanted to reach out on here & let you know that it was brought to my attention that people are reaching out on facebook messenger about wanting to book appts & i am not getting them - ive checked the inbox & spam & nothing is showing up - so if you are trying to reach us to book an appt PLEASE call or text the shop # at 419-286-3649 so we get you scheduled. Also my coworkers are asking that you if need your pet scheduled to call or text the shop # for an appt NOT their personal cell . Thier cell are only being asked to be used if u need them after hours (mine as well). Texting our personal WILL NOT get you a earlier appt than what you are told when you call the shop #. We know warmer weather is coming & everyone wants to keep their pet cool but we are also booked out about a month or more at this time so please be patient with us (as most have been & we appreciate you!!) Just wanted to give you all a heads up - the phone has been ringing non stop & we are SUPER busy - with that being said we are currently scheduling for the end of April beginning of May. The days have gotten away from me - i’m
still trying to catch back up from being on vacation but yesterday March 9th marked 16 years that i had opened my business - that just seems so crazy to think 16 years!! I can honestly say it’s been such an honor serving this community & i’ve met soooo many awesome people and thier pets! I’ve also been blessed with some outstanding co-workers over the years. Thanks to everyone who has chosen us over the years - you’ve made this journey a great one!
