Dear Santa,

I hope this letter reaches you at the North Pole, where I imagine it’s warm and cozy even in all that snow. My name is Jason and I’m writing to you from my foster home. Don’t get me wrong, it’s wonderful here. There’s food in my bowl, a soft blanket to curl up on, and kind humans who give me gentle pats. But sometimes, I dream of something more—something that feels like forever.

Santa, I’ve been a very good kitten this year. I’ve learned to purr loudly when someone scratches my chin and I always try to use the litter box properly. What I really want more than anything is a family to call my own.

I dream of a lap that’s mine to curl up in, where I can nap while someone strokes my fur. I’d love a home where I can hear someone say, “Good morning, sweet kitty,” and know they’re talking to me. I promise to be the best companion I can be—purring through life’s ups and downs, offering snuggles on tough days, and being a little bundle of love every single day.

I know there are lots of kittens like me, but if you could work a little Christmas magic, maybe this year will be my turn to find my furever family. Until then, I’ll keep waiting and dreaming, hoping that somewhere out there, my special someone is wishing for me too.

Thank you, Santa. I’ll leave some tuna by the chimney just in case.
