Work for the day is done. Time for steelhead from the river… not a store. Cooked on the wood stove with fire wood from our land.

I got the new custom made tanner going today!👍🏻

Project for the rest of the day. Look at the girth on this hog!

Just waiting on the driftwood and it will be ready to go.

Marinated inner loins and onions finished off with a vintage cooking wine to pull the flavor off the bottom of the old cast iron. Got to love the country life.
