📢 New Drop-Off & Pick-Up Policy — Effective October 2025

Hi everyone! 👋
We want to make sure all pups have a smooth and stress free experience with us, and to help keep our schedule running efficiently, we’ll be updating our drop off and pick up times starting this October:

🐾 Drop-Off:
• Standard drop-off is after 8:00 AM.
• Early drop-off between 6:30 AM–8:00AM is available for an additional $10.
• If you need to drop off before 6:30 AM, we kindly ask that your dog be dropped off the night before.

🐾 Pick-Up:
• Pick-up is available until 8:00 PM.
• Late pick-up between 8:30 PM–9:30 PM will have an additional $10 fee.
• Pick-ups after 9:30 PM will be scheduled for the following day, and an extra night of boarding will be charged.

We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we implement these new rules. This helps us make sure every dog gets the care and attention they deserve, and it also allows us to maintain a healthy balance with our personal time. 💛🐶
