I&F Balto Fynn

For anyone confused as to why his heart exam came back normal. It is because an innocent murmur was found. An innocent heart murmur does not cause problems with the heart's function. An innocent murmur is a normal heart. The cardiologist cleared him for sport work and potential breeding if we ever wanted to go down that path. I signed for his results whether normal or abnormal to be posted to the OFA database so you will see these as a "pre-lim" listed on there as he is 11 months and not 12 months.

Balto is an intact male border collie looking for placement. He will come with limited registration. He knowns leash manners and is working on a loose leash heel. He is house and crate trained. He will crate himself when asked. He is good with dogs and cats. He has had extensive environmental and confidence building since puppyhood. He does hyper focus in pet friendly places but listens when directed.

For commands he knows Sit, Down, Come (15’ line), Place, Free, Off, Up, Leave It, Step on an Object. We are currently working on Drop It and Bring. He does know one trick currently which is Paw and we are working on Spin.

Balto requires a lot of mental stimulation, or he will get himself into a lot of trouble. He has been introduced to water, balls, and frisbees. He would make an excellent dog for someone who wants to potentially get into herding or other sports. He is a dog that only requires soft corrections.

There is an application process for Balto and you must be approved through his breeder. Balto has AKC and ABC registration but as mentioned he is going on limited registration. He is up to date on all vaccines. He is eating Adirondack 30/20. He also gets Sure Grow 100, Ben Bac Plus and Dogzymes Ultimate. We use ThomasPet Hydrade as needed.

I have two females and 1 male available. Full AKC prepaid, shots, Florida health certificate, microchipped, puppy basket, health guarantee, bill of sale, puppy basket, trupanion and AKC health insurance, transfer feed. $1500 ($500 holding fee) or $1000 paid in full upfront. Both parents are OFA tested and genetic panel tested. Father is titled and mother is working towards titles this year.

5 year old Siberian Import, titled RN, AKC registered, not bred, not spayed, up to date on everything.
