Good evening clients! Recently I’ve had an abundance of no call/no shows or cancellations same day. Effective immediately, there will be a $40.00 cancellation fee applied to client accounts who cancel within 24 hours. No call/no show or multiple rescheduled appointments will require payment in full (non-refundable or transferable to another day) at time of the next booking. I’m sorry to have to implement this, however, I am a small business and I block off my time for your pet(s) and I do not have adequate time to put someone else in your appointment time. Come out to support the Walker Animal Shelter at the Kroux of Barkus in Walker at Sidney Hutchinson Park on Feb 11th at 10:00am. The dog parade will be at 11:00am. There will be booths set up for pet friendly experiences and a live band. My family and I will be there representing Scruffy to Fluffy Pet Grooming and handing out dog treats during the parade (while supplies last). We would love to see you and your furbabies there.
