💙 Important Update for Our Valued Clients 💙

First and foremost, I want to thank each of you for trusting me with the care of your amazing fur babies — it truly means the world to me. 🐾

On September 11th, I will be undergoing surgery that requires me to take some time away from the grooming shop to heal and recover. Because of this, the shop will be closed from September 11th through September 26th.

I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please know this decision comes from my desire to ensure I can continue to provide the best, safest, and most loving care for your pets. In order to do that, I need to take care of myself first. 💙

When I return, we will be open again — but on a reduced schedule for a short time while I continue healing. My goal is to balance recovery with still giving your pups the quality care they deserve.

Thank you so much for your understanding, patience, and support during this time. If you have any questions or would like to book in advance, please don’t hesitate to call me before September 11th.

Floyd’s happy ending 💙 Ian, were so glad you stepped up BUT we miss him so much 😢 there’s not a day that goes by that I drive by his old house and don’t think about him or tear up occasionally. Floyd has been coming every two weeks since he was adopted by Ken so not seeing him this long it’s crazy. We just wanna give him a big hug and tell him how happy we are for him. IMPORTANT Update from Shed Pet Salon!!!

To my valued clients and fur-families,
First, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your continued trust and support of my small grooming business. Every tail wag, happy bark, and kind word means the world to me, and it's because of you that I've been able to do what I love every single day.

We have not increased our prices since opening 4 years ago therefore starting August 1st, there will be a small price adjustment:
🐶 Small dogs: +$5
🐕 Large dogs: +$10
This change isn’t something I take lightly. Like many small businesses, I’ve seen a steady increase in the cost of essential supplies—such as shampoos, conditioners, grooming tools, and cleaning products. Utility bills, maintenance costs, and taxes have also continued to rise.
These adjustments will help ensure I can continue providing your pups with the highest quality care, using safe, professional products and maintaining a clean, comfortable, and loving grooming environment.
My goal is not just to keep things running—but to continue growing, improving, and offering even better service for you and your pets. We are also super excited to let you know that we will be offering daycare and boarding soon! We ask that you kindly allow us to assess your dog to ensure safety of them and others. Boarding and daycare require well behaved and well mannered dogs! Current clients by us are okay! We still want to take the initiative to ensure safety. While we know accidents can happen, it's my job to make sure it doesn't! Full cooperation, an assessment and walk through will be done! We are so excited! Your continued support truly allows me to do that.
Thank you for standing by me and being part of this journey. I’m so grateful for your understanding, and I can’t wait to keep pampering your pups!

One more thing I wanted to add; I do have dogs that I have groomed for 10+ years, dogs that are grandfathered in on  their prices and I have a handful of clients that are on fixed incomes that I help out. I will speak to those clients individually as they come in so if you’re one of them do not get freaked out by this post.
