Happy Friday! We have a new face at the salon. 😀 Some of you have got the chance to meet Brianna but for those who haven’t I thought I’d introduce y’all. I need help and she’s more thankful to further her education. I’m very excited to have her on our team! Kendra.

Hello! My name is Brianna and I am so excited to be a new groomer (and/or Kendra’s apprentice) here at SHED pet salon. I have been grooming for about six months and I now have this undoubtedly GREAT opportunity to work and receive mentorship with Kendra, who has already taught me so much within this first month of grooming at SHED. I love to groom all dogs but my favorite to do is DOODLES. Doodles can be a handful but coming into SHED, the atmosphere is so calm and not over stimulating, it makes the pups and our day peaceful! There is never a dull moment in our day whether it’s jamming to some classic rock with Kendra 🤘🏻 or simply playing with the most wonderful puppers around!😄 I am grateful for this opportunity and hope to build new relationships with y’all! Thank you!☺️

Being a groomer isn’t always easy. A lot of the dogs I groom, I’ve done since they were puppies and as they get old and pass away, there’s always a hole in my heart. I think about your pets often therefore we decided to make a memorial wall at the salon!
Today, after hanging the photos, me and my staff sat around and told the stories about each and everyone of these pups. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your family’s life❤️

Buble’ and I have had a heavy heart with Meloney Mills passing. I tend to be close with my customers but Mel was different; she was my best friend. I groomed Buble’ once a month for 5 years then almost two years she asked if he could live with me as she no longer could physically care for him. Although I was hesitant taking on another dog it was the best decision and I can’t imagine life without him. He’s the sweetest little dog and the best assistant manager. I’ve watched and listened as she’s struggled; for that im thankful her pain is gone. We talked every day, sending pictures and stories of Buble’s adventures. Im going to miss her smiling face, big laugh and most importantly her kindness. I’ve never met someone that “wasn’t” family love me so unconditionally. To me she was family and im going to miss her dearly.

Happy Saturday! Im as excited as Buble’ is to see me after minutes apart, lol. YES YES YES, I’m opening my own Pet Salon; a safe, calm and clean environment filled with one on one customer service. I’m bringing it down back to basics. Dogs need patience and kindness especially while being groomed and I offer the gentle hand they need. After 19 years of grooming for others it was time to cut some ties and make my dream come true; not only for me but the dogs. This has been my goal my entire grooming career and here we are😀 SHED Pet Salon is not prepared to take dogs yet. My husband is helping get everything installed and ready so I’m hoping December but I will keep everyone updated. Stay tuned pup parents ❤️🐾❤️
