Had a little photoshoot with a few of the horses! Posting my trusty little redhead first, she deserves it, as we have had her the longest and she’s the most ridden too. The farm favorite, we have owned Luminosa la Estrella for almost 16 years now and she’ll be with us forever. She has been ridden by more folks than I can count. Probably over 100 people, many of them being their very first time on a horse. One of the sweetest and laziest Paso Finos I’ve ever met. Love this mare so much!

Paso Fino Filly for your consideration! Beautiful bay with the sweetest personality! She is easy to catch, halter, intelligent, willing to learn, and picks up her feet. I haven’t been working due to covid-19 and have had more time to spend with this foal than any other foal I’ve had, plus she’s my only 2020 baby, so she gets all the attentions. Will excel in any discipline you wish! Will mature to be 14-14.1 hands tall. Extremely well gaited and will be super smooth! Her dam Isabella is my best gaited mare and best producer. The sire Santiago is also very well gaited. Both parents and older siblings are on site for you to see what she will mature to look like. She looks just like her momma though! Will be PFHA registered, the stallion report and paperwork are all filled out, and if purchased now you can pick her name on her papers. We have been calling her Passion! SOLD! Pinto Paso Fino Mare! De la Novena RC is 11 years old and 14.1 hands tall. PFHA registration number #53,910. She is an awesome trail horse. Has been ridden in four different states and camped all over! Great ground manners, stands for farrier, and trailers calmly. I have owned Novena for five years and I purchased her from her breeder. I have also raised two beautiful foals off her, both are chestnut and white pintos. Novena has a lovely smooth pleasure gait and nice largo with a bonus of color! Stands for you to get on, low brio, and walks on a loose rein, rides in a hackamore. In a group she prefers to follow, but leads when asked and will go out by herself on solo rides. Sweet natured, likes attention, and medium on the totem pole in the herd. This is an incredible mare and it’s been a hard decision posting her for sale. We've named our filly "Cadencia Patriótica" which means Patriotic Cadence! Had to give this one a patriotic name with a Spanish twist since she's a Paso Fino and was born on the fourth of July. This little girl is gonna make someone super happy at weaning time. Private message for more info!

Santiago with Mercedes his 6th girlfriend this year! If anyone's interested we still have open breeding spots for July. He is an extremely well gaited, Buckskin Pinto, Paso Fino. He is both PFHA and SSHBEA doubled registered, for you Spotted Saddle Horse people out there. Very rare! We are very excited to have just started standing him for stud. So far this year all breedings except one have been to outside mares. We will only have one foal born ourselves next year as we are downsizing. Can also show pictures of offspring already on the ground.

Loving living my life in the Slowlane, but also making progress and buying my first home! Took our two young Pasos in training, Tesora and Tiago, out together yesterday. Pictured in the middle is also Tesora's dam Tess. Don't usually have multiple green horses out at once, but they behaved so well you wouldn't have known they weren't seasoned trail horses lol. It was also their first little group ride with 5 horses total. They made us all very proud!

My mare Ipanema, sold just last week and already being enjoyed and ridden by her new owners! She is the mare on the left along side her twin Paso cousin. They got a matching pair for sure!

Ipanema is SOLD! We're on our way to Alabama to meet her new owners who will be taking her on home to the Gulf in Mississippi! We're stopping to ride and camp along the S Carolina/Georgia line then trucking on in the morning! So happy to have found this sweet Paso a wonderful home.

Paso Fino For Sale! I had a couple people ask for conformation photos and if she would ride out alone, so here's a little example of yesterday's solo ride on Goldie! This was her first time riding out alone and only looked back at the barn and hesitated for a moment before eagerly heading out on the trails. She did so great! Someone is going to be very happy with this mare. Her registered name is "Pasotiempos Goldie Hawn", pfha #57,819. She's 11 years old and about 14.1 hands tall. Lovely smooth gait, low brio, and sweet. Is a great trail horse, but hasn't been consistently ridden because I've raised three beautiful foals off her, but is getting back into the swing of things now since her last foal was weaned. Got a load of gravel today, first gravel this farm has seen in 25 years! Hopefully this lasts another 25! Also tore down a fence on property down the road and used it to put up a large wooded lot for a couple of my critters, so they're not tearing up the pasture when it's muddy like this, aaand picked up two loads of hay. Has been a super productive and sunny Saturday of farming!

My littlest Paso Fino baby, is on her way to her new home in Connecticut! Transport picked Valerina up this morning. She is going to make the little girls in her new family so happy. What a special Christmas present!

It's difficult for people to live up to mule standards. Mules are reliable, many are full of love, true in their affections, predictable in their actions, grateful, and loyal. I see all this in my little Paso Fino Mule at only 8 months old, but not so much in people.

Paso Fino SOLD! Lovely grey mare, 14 years old, smooth, and 14 hands tall. I have videos! Named Ipanema del Cardo, pfha registration #44,599. Great trail horse, crosses creeks, logs, and other obstacles with ease. Leads with with confidence or rides anywhere in a group. Ridden in a hackamore and has perfect tough feet, ridden barefoot. I've had this mare almost 4 years and raised two beautiful foals off her. I believe is homozygous for the dun factor and heterozygous for grey. She is a good girl and sweet personality, no rear, buck, kick, or bite. Very low on the totem pole in the herd and not marish. She is also a great pack horse for carrying gear and camping. Valerina has been Sold! Congrats to her new owner Aida Vazquez! Pictured with my dad, but her new owners will be back for her now that she's weaned and taking Valerina home to Connecticut. What an awesome Christmas present for their daughters!

Valero has arrived safely at his new home all the way across the country in Washington state! We are missing him here, but know he will be very well taken care of since his new owner is a vet and endurance rider. Congrats to Chris Cane on the purchase of this wonderful Paso Fino!
