Made a beautiful the other day. I love the color and nutrition these tiny plants provide. They’re a great substitute for your standard lettuce varieties to make really healthy and tasty salads along with many other applications!

Went on a hike the other day with the wife and pup up around Boulder. It was great to get out in nature and we had a great time exploring and seeing all the beautiful flowers starting to bloom and the foliage. Had a delicious lunch that incorporated radish microgreens as a garnish! Love it.

Micro-cilantro about ready for harvest. I like to cut them once they get 1 true leaf for visual effect. When harvested this early, cilantro is super strong and makes a great addition to tacos, soups, and garnishes!

I sure do love microgreens. Pictured are some sunflower, green pea, red beet, amaranth, and a sprout mix of radish, brussels, and broccoli that were sent off to a customer in Nevada. These greens are super high in vitamins/nutrients and I love the flavors and colors each one provides. I like eating them raw, but they are wonderful on sandwiches and in soups and add color/flavor/nutrition to your meals!

Packing up some micros for a customer in Texas. Yes I ship/deliver! These will generally last a few weeks in their packaging as long as they don’t get exposed to super cold temperatures.

Harvest day for some daikon and Rambo radish microgreens. Radish micros are much more nutritious than their full grown counterparts. They grow insanely fast (7 days), taste wonderful, and are beautiful as garnish. I like to eat them raw or in a salad usually, but they can go with almost anything to give it a little spice.

Simple little salad made with lettuce, broccoli and amaranth sprouts, avocado, and some homemade croutons I made from my wheatgrass seed milled into flour and cooked into a bread loaf. I also made a little salad dressing with red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. So tasty. So healthy. So simple. Eat your veggies!

Green pea micros were harvested today along with a few other various trays of micros in order to make more powder for pill creation! The green pea microgreen has a fairly mild and sweet flavor and is high in vitamins and nutrients. It’s great in stir frys and salads, and I love the look of the little tendrils that grow out of them.

Beautiful stir fry with carrots, red onion, green onion, red cabbage, snow peas, water chestnuts, broccoli, sesame seeds, and some mung bean sprouts I grew. This is a great way to incorporate sprouts and microgreens into meals to increase the nutritional value of the dish!

Arugula microgreens harvested today. Let’s take a closer look at the health benefits of these. They have 8 times more calcium, five times more vitamin A, C, & K, and four times more iron than iceberg lettuce! They have a great nutty, peppery taste and are great alone or in meals! I love how these came out

I have a few things growing right now. Testing new seeds and growing greens to turn into powder form. Super healthy, nutrient dense, flavorful microgreens. Try to incorporate them into your daily routine!
