WAIT! So our dog can really sign the marriage license in Colorado? What's the deal?

Yup! Colorado is a self-solemnizing state, meaning you can technically marry yourselves and no officiant is required. Therefore, a dog's "signature" is completely legit and acceptable! 🐾

We recommend the clean-touch ink pads as they are safe for your furry witness and avoids putting actual messy ink on paws, which can sometimes end up on a dress😫

Anyone else have their dog as their witness?

Ever wonder who the "Bruce" package is named for? Well, here he is!

Small but mighty, the Bruce package is the shortest option available and covers 3 hours of wedding day pet care.

This package option is perfect if you are just wanting your pup included for some photos and ceremony time.

It is SUPER important to pick the best package that matches your dog's personality. I usually recommend the Bruce package for high-energy dogs or those who get anxious around noises and large groups of people!

This package is also a great choice if your venue isn't completely pet-friendly!

Before booking, it is my priority that we discuss the best package for your day and set your dog up for success! 🤩

I usually just refer to myself as “the dog lady” at weddings but I think it’s time to share a little more about me! 🐕

My name is Devery and I’m originally from Connecticut but have lived in Colorado for 10+ years. I love to hike, camp and ski! 🏕️

I started this biz when planning our own wedding, because I realized many Colorado couples may also want to include their dogs in their wedding day! My fiancé and I are getting married in Fall 2023 and couldn’t imagine the day without our Finley girl ♥️

I have worked at KONG (yes, the dog toy company😊) for 7+ years and have learned a lot about different dog breeds and behaviors through my career.

I love to travel and recently got back from a trip to Africa! 🦁

My first wedding season has been a blast meeting awesome couples and incorporating their dogs in their special day! 🥰
