We need your help to find BISCUIT a new home. He lives in Lincoln County with a short-term foster family that cannot keep him long.

Biscuit is a intact male Chihuahua around 5 years old. His owner was an elderly man who passed away so Biscuit is slow to warm up to new people and kids and can nip. He will settle in fine once he has love and stability...ideally with an older couple or adult. Someone that can love Biscuit and he can trust. He has nipped someone once, he is very afraid of people and other animals. He lived a solitary existence with an very senior, sedate man. It will take time for him to settle in.

Our rescue can help with his neutering if needed, for the right good home. He is UTD on all his shots. You are welcome to talk to the foster parents. Our rescue encourages the exchange of information and questions directly.

New home has been found!!! Yay!!!

Need foster and/or adopter asap for this miniature dachshund. He was pushed out this morning in Concord on the highway with his leash, in front of my friend who was driving behind them. He would not have survived (would have been hit). He is in Davidson right now.

What we know: skinny. About 10 lbs. Adult. Knows commands. Intact male. Needs dental work (bad tooth). Friendly to people. Not yet dog tested. Who can foster or donate for his medical? Rescue can help with transport and medical, supplies as needed. This baby boy needs a good home. There is a small fee and vetting process. All homes considered and do not have to be in Denver. Our rescue needs wheelchairs, new or used. We especially need larger sizes.

As you may know, we loan these out at no charge to people that need them for their dog. We get them back at end of life. There are always more dogs in need than wheelchairs so please consider donating.

Update on DDR:
Xena, the latest dog our rescue helped via vet and food, has a potential new home lined up! Paws crossed this pup gets an amazing home.

We also received a pic and update on Stanley - a little handicapped dog we helped connect to his new forever home. He is thriving and loved. ❤️

Found puppy needs a new home. She is only 20 lbs. Has been scanned- no chip. Vet estimates she is 3 mos old. Mixed breed. She is good with people, dogs and cats. She was found in Shelby underfed and running around for weeks. This sweet girl is now being short-term fostered in Iron Station. Who wants a big puppy to love?
