Meet Popcorn, one brave bunny! 🐰💙 After a frightening rattlesnake bite, Popcorn came to us needing immediate care. Our team provided antivenin infusion, pain management, wound care, and round-the-clock supportive care during his hospital stay. We’re thrilled to report that this little fighter pulled through and is back at home! 🙌

Meet Dragon 🦎💙 Dragon is a leopard gecko who came to us with a body wall tear and a herniation of his liver through the opening. Dr. Klein and our team performed surgery to repair the injury and he made a full recovery!

His incision has healed, his stitches are out, and he’s back to living his best gecko life! 🙌

Meet Turtellini! 🐢💙 She was found near a dumpster with injuries to her shell and front leg. X-rays revealed two fish hooks inside her. Using endoscopy and surgery, our team safely removed the hooks, treated a constriction injury on her leg caused by fishing line, and stabilized her shell fracture. During her recheck, she looked great and was eating well! 🙌

We always encourage our exotic pet parents to bring a favorite toy or cozy item from home when their pet visits us. 💙 Familiar scents can help bring comfort and calm during their hospital stay, especially while they’re recovering. Just like Alice, who had her teddy bear and blanket by her side after her procedure. 🧸 A little piece of home can make a big difference! 🙌

Meet Bernie! 🐢💙 This brave desert tortoise came to us for an emergency after being run over by a car. Dr. Willig and our team performed a shell repair, and Bernie did amazing during surgery! He’s now doing great - his fracture is healing nicely, his appetite is back to normal, and he’s even gained weight. We’re so proud of Bernie!

Meet McNuggets, a 5-year-old chicken! 🐔 She came to our hospital for surgery after breaking her leg. The injury made it impossible for her to get around, and without treatment, she wouldn’t have been able to walk properly.

Our amazing avian specialist, Dr. Lamb, placed pins in her bone to realign and set her leg. McNuggets did incredible during surgery, and just 14 days later she’s looking great and well on her way to a full recovery. 🙌

Thanks for coming in, McNuggets! 💙
