The girls and I have a big announcement. We have moved to Berthoud! We will still be here for our dogs in the Denver metro area with pick ups and drop offs for boarding/training. And will we accepting new clients along the northern front range!

Unfortunately, the heat will be a little too high to safely have today’s patio etiquette class The risk of heat stroke greatly increases when temperatures are above 90°F.

The class will be made up at a later date. Stay cool out there!

Kanga had a vet appointment yesterday for an ear infection. Our vet requested to have her muzzled since they would be in close proximity to her face and she was in pain.

The previous muzzle training allowed her to be comfortably muzzled while they examined and treated her ear.

Remember, your vet doesn’t know your dog the way you do. All Hurt, scared, and overwhelmed dogs have to potential to bite. Vet staff’s safety takes priority over one’s feelings about muzzles.

Positive associations to being muzzled starts well before your dog is put in a position where they need one!
