At Dogdrop 9+CO we have 3 spacious indoor play parks for pups. We group our dogs daily based mainly on energy level & temperament, but size is a factor as well.
Low Energy Park is our smallest play park where small and/or very chill dogs hang out. We have toys and brain games in this room for them to enjoy. Some dogs move between rooms throughout the day depending on their mood and the general vibe of the group.

Medium Energy Park is our second largest park where some of the smaller, less rambunctious dogs play. They have ramps to climb and toys to play with at all times and we often set up a smaller agility course or brain games for them throughout the day.

High Energy Park is our largest park where our high energy, mainly bigger dogs, play. There’s lots of space for them to run around and ramps to climb at all times. Several times a day we set up an agility course (a tunnel, obstacle course, cones and bars to jump over). We also have balls and fun toys for the dogs to play with as well as some brain puzzles to do.

MEET THE TEAM: STEVEN, MEMBER CARE AND FRONT DESK MANAGER
Steven, a former high school history teacher, has recently decided to take a break from teaching and to shift gears to canine children for the next phase of his career. He has many years of experience caring for his own two pups - a Silky Terrier, Zeus, and a lively Petit Basset Griffon Vendeen named Guiness. Steven also volunteers at the Denver Animal Shelter, socializing and walking shelter dogs, and helping them find forever homes. When he’s not surrounded by wagging tails, you'll find him belting out his favorite tunes at karaoke nights and enjoying adventures like snowboarding, hiking, and camping. We are thrilled to have Steven (and his energy) hold down our Front Desk fort.

MEET THE TEAM: LAUREN, LEAD DROPERATOR
Lauren is originally from Maine and spent her early career cooking lobsters and shucking oysters on the coasts of Bar Harbor and Nantucket Island. In 2017 she moved to Vail and found Gemma the border collie, who has taught her the important lesson of always thinking several steps ahead. Together, they have learned so many things, including how to dance and perform amazing agility tricks! In 2019, Lauren moved to Denver and discovered that looking after dogs can be a full time job, which she considers an absolute dream come true. She has worked with dogs in a dog daycare setting for the past 4 years. She believes that the best kind of friends are dog friends and builds a bond with every dog she meets! We are so lucky to have Lauren as one of our Lead Droperators.

We wanted to introduce our awesome team over the next few weeks, starting with our owner.

Dina has lived in Denver with her family since 2018. She’s originally from CT/NY area. She has 2 kids, who are 15 and 12, and a 9-yr-old canine child (a doodle named Blaze). She lives in the Central Park neighborhood of Denver.

She loves the outdoors (hiking, playing tennis, biking, walking with her dog), traveling, drinking coffee, and spending time with her family.

She worked in corporate America for 13 years before deciding to switch gears to a more mom-friendly work schedule and became a small business owner in 2018. She owned and operated a few fitness businesses in Denver; then during Covid she noticed a strong need for higher quality dog services. Dogdrop 9+CO is the first Dogdrop location she is opening, with a few more slated to open in the next few years in other parts of Denver. Dogdrop will elevate the dog daycare experience for dogs and their humans and she can’t wait to introduce Denver dog parents to this awesome brand.
