“The thing’s you don’t see”
Looking back at this amazing litter from last year & it’s not as easy as everyone thinks!! Unfortunately we lost 3 of the siblings in the first 48hrs & was then told we would be lucky if any survived 😓
We put all our graft in & hand reared these beauty’s from that point on, yeah it was hard going with all the ups & downs, but worth it all to then see this result 💪🏼💯💥
We would like to thank everyone that helped us when we needed it most, massive respect to you all 💯❤️👊🏼

1. Parvovirus (Parvo): Puppies usually get CPV from their littermates. It starts as a fever and soon vomiting along with bloody diarrhea follows. CPV is contagious (not to humans), so make sure that your puppy gets its vaccination before they leave their litter.2. Distemper: This is quite a troubling disease. It is an upper respiratory disease with constant sneezing or coughing and eye discharge.

This disease can turn into pneumonia or lead to neurological problems such as encephalopathy. This could be fatal as well. Make sure to get your puppy vaccinated as soon as possible3. Kennel Cough: This is quite a common illness and causes due to bacterial infection or canine parainfluenza. It is also known as Tracheobronchitis.

Pomeranian puppies or any puppy must be vaccinated against kennel cough around the age of 6-8 weeks. The vaccine needs to continue every six months after your puppy turns 1 year old.

Symptoms of this disease are lethargy, decreased appetite, and fever along with a deep cough. If untreated, kennel cough can lead to pneumonia. If your puppy is coughing for more than 2-3 days, take it to a vet immediately. Recovery time from this disease is around 10-14 days.

Pomeranians are generally healthy and can live for around 12 to 16 years. Nevertheless, like many dog breeds, they can still suffer from health risks that need to be taken care of immediately.

Once your furbaby has reached his geriatric age, pomeranian health problems after age 7 to 9 will become more possible.

Check out my page and don't forget to **like** and **share** to others so we build a healthy pet community To keep your puppy healthy, you need to ensure proper eating habits, exercise, and care. Keep an eye out for these common illnesses that a puppy might get during the first few months of its life.

Some of these fruits and vegetables are possibly deadly if your Frenchie were to eat them.

Asparagus – possible choking hazard… fine for them to eat otherwise
Avocado – contains a toxin called persin and the pit in the center is a choking hazard; can cause an upset stomach as well
Cherries – contains cyanide; the pit is also a choking hazard

We shouldn’t be feeding our Frenchies our table scraps and other human food, most of us are guilty of it from time to time!
Be careful though!
There are so many foods that we eat everyday that are extremely dangerous to our Frenchies, which is why it’s crucial to know what human foods they can and cannot eat!
Just like anything else in life, your Frenchie should enjoy these foods in moderation to avoid becoming overweight.
