Avie & Rilo are always excited to get some playtime in with their sitter! Rilo is diabetic and currently her blood glucose is stable enough to be treated with only a special diet.

Cats can have transient diabetes, meaning their symptoms may disappear over time and no longer require insulin therapy. Monitoring BG levels is what we do at CKS, so do not forget to ask about our service for your diabetic cat.

City Kitty Sitter specializes in feline care with an emphasis on special needs. Our mission is to provide a safe alternative to medical boarding for felines requiring medications and veterinary monitoring. We offer in home pet sitting, overnights, nail trims, and much more!

We are offering contract positions in all areas of Denver. Join us in our plight to medicate cats while their parents are out to play!

Other areas we are seeking sitters: Downtown Denver and surrounding neighborhoods; Northfield, Stapleton, Englewood, Littleton, Lakewood, Golden, Arvada, Westminster, & Boulder.

We are a cat-centric company with over 3000 felines in our care, therefore all applicants must be proficient in elderly feline care, such as/ but not limited to proper monitoring and care for diabetic and CKD patients are a must!

All applicants must be able to work major holidays, weekends. Overnights are negotiable. This is an independent contractor position which requires a background check, so that our sitters are all bonded and insured by City Kitty Sitter before entering clients homes.

Since we build lasting relationships with our clientele we ask that applicants are interested in working with us long term, in order to build trust with each pet family we care for. If you are seeking temporary contract work, this career choice is not for you.

In addition, customer service experience is a must, the ability to act on an emergency, and communicate effectively to clients throughout the course of a pet sitting assignment is key.

Must have a smartphone with internet access, fuel efficient/reliable transportation, and the ability to manage time independently. We are a paperless, environmentally friendly company that encourages the use of bicycles, scooters, motorcycles, and smart cars for our sitters, when possible.

Happy Caturday from Baseline!

Baseline developed feline herpes as a kitten and occasionally has break outs in the form of nose lesions. Keeping a calm space without stress coupled with Lysine helps to keep his flare ups at bay.
