Puppy 1 year old lost!! Chip was never registered so the reaching out to us (breeder to find owner. My records are not here they are at my offices secretary's house so I don't have all you buyers names and numbers on hand today. Dog is yellow female lost in/found in Northglenn, CO.

Call in to the chip company to get your name and address and phone listed with the. Free lifetime service , international registration, that all Kona's puppies come with, no charge to buyers! But you have to send in or call the chip company!

Pass it on, and hope it finds the owner.

NEW LITTER August 20, they are all beautiful and healthy! Same stud, sure to be champs for what you want in a dog. We have 9 yellows and only one black this time. Black is a boy. 3 more boys ( yellow obviously), and 6 yellow girls. The yellows are varied from lightish (cream) to darker (butterscotch/honey). We have 3 or 4 that are committed, so get deposits in now for earliest choice. At 6 weeks we'll start to narrow down who wants to reserve which dog, and you can visit them and play. Pickup earliest by 8 weeks, with full payment. Latest pickup is 10.5 weeks. Dogs do best in my opinion bonding with you at 9-12 weeks. 8 week minimum is CO state law.

As before all dogs medical guaranteed for hips, elbows two years. All dogs receive 4 doses of 5 way vaccine, are chipped with international chips, have dew claws removed, and preregistered/litter registered at AKC. You get all papers and applications to name and complete registration for the chip, and at AKC.

We've given them cute names, but that's for fun. Your name is what matters. We mostly just call them all "puppies".

I decided not to breed Kona this winter, just a lot going on and not at all good timing for me or Kona. My estimate is that we'll have her last litter in October and puppies going home by December. I'll know if she's preggo by August. If interested, you can reserve a spot, for a puppy, in order of commitment. First people to reserve, first choice of color s*x, the actual puppy (after 5 weeks old). Same as always. The reservation will be refundable up to date of birth.)

Here's Winston, and last day he and Chai played (and slept) before she was adopted by her family. She got 3 kids, two loving adults, and a 3 acre farm! Wow, is she a lucky dog! She's now Bella. And LuLu and her brother from this same litter ( Chewie) are in contention for lucky dogs ! ( 3kids, plus a farm!). of course all Konas puppies are lucky! All are in great, caring homes.

The puppy parade and runway modeling careers of all Konas purebred puppies is over. All puppies are in their new homes!! Maynard has agreed to stay here with Kona, and is now Ben's Coffee with Cream Winston, ( call name Winston) and may soon ( a year or two) be part of the continuation of this bloodline, pairing that has resulted in these 21 stellar dogs. We shall see. We hope he's as stunning as his dad, Tobey.

We hope all the new owners keep us up to date on how well their new family members are doing. ( With photos). Several dogs are with friends of ours, and or friends of other owners of a Kona puppy, and one family has two! So brothers and sisters from same or next litter and mom ,Kona, will sometimes see one another and we hope to see those pictures too! Thanks to all our owners of the very best dogs. We know we have also the very best owners!!

Weigh in today. We are off our "weekly" weigh in, but today their third weigh in in 4 weeks. They are very healthy. The biggest ( some yellows, and one black,) are 6lbs plus, and the rest are right at 5 1/2 lbs. All are eating mother's milk, puppy formula milk as supplement, and now today started some puppy chow that is pulverized and a mash put in the milk. They love it! Starting their teeth! Very playful, and play fighting with one another. Sleep all night pretty much. Eating 5-6 times a day. They love to hear me coming, they run to greet you at the cage door, loving ear scratches and some roughhousing. Really cute, some true beauty showing up ,

Kona's puppies are held and loved every day. These puppies love humans and enjoy total comforts as well as ready help and nurturing. When you get a puppy, they are socialized with other dogs, littermates , children, adults, and are loyal family members. Our dogs assimilate quite fast to your home, partly for this reason.

Notice that both Kona and Tobey, have European bloodlines, too - the 'English' lab (seen in Tobey, and to a lesser extent in Kona), is a desirable look, and integration of geographicly different lines, is another way to minimize health issues that can arise when cross breeding sometimes occurs with cousins or second cousins when dogs are selectively bred.

I have seen dogs at AKC listed with no pedigree, as they are just from long lines of purebred labradors, but nothing special. Great dogs, I am sure, and certainly most dogs and labs in particular are freindly and pleasant, and fun for a family. And some dogs can hunt, but great dogs hunt like they are bred to do just that. The qualities, intelligence, nose, instincts, and success at doing as trained, training relatively easily, and inherently picking up what to do, and when to do it, is bred into a dog.

Some dogs are unhealthy, diseased, and poorly bred, even though they are bred from one purebred, to another. Joints, Eyes, bowels and stomach problems, hips, breathing, and other maladies, are common with poor and unselective breeding.

Champions and great dogs, come from proper breeding and from lines of animals that have been proven, and whose body systems have shown strength and ability, which traits are carried forward.

Kona and Tobey both have great health, and we guarantee the puppies for serious health problems for 2 years. And the most common problems have almost no chance of being found, since we checked both hips and elbows and paid experts to certify them. They are BOTH certified by the examining specialists and registered on AKC site. Both dogs are proven hunters, and happy and pleasant, intelligent, and biddable. Eyes open!! Not seeing much yet. Ears open too. Now responsive to human touch. The can relate that to food or Kona being with me. Gave them first taste of puppy milk in a bowl. They will be eating more and more. Weigh in tomorrow or Monday!!

Reserve your puppy now, with deposit, in order to have your pick. All have shiny coats,, stubby otter tails, and should be stout dogs. Stud is English build, mother is muscled and boxy.
