Big swing! Reed is a fun little dude who loves swinging from mom and dad. In our most recent photoshoot he really took an interest in my camera and spent a good 10 minutes snapping his first photos (with some assistance… with the 200mm lens on there it was so big and heavy he basically had to use his whole body to hold it up and pull the trigger 😂) Now he’s a big brother and growing into a little man everyday!!

Taking the time to capture family portraits, like this session we shared together, is something I truly believe is so important. Time is the one precious resource we can never get more of no matter who we are, and it just keeps rolling forward. Portraits really defy the laws of time and preserve the moments we’ll wish we could relive again and again. Don’t let another year whizz by without highlighting what matters most!

Dogs aren’t just pets… they’re family! This little family is one of my faves. You haven’t met Finn yet, the Vizsla, but you’ve met his big curly golden bro Koda🐶 Together they make for two high energy broskis who wrestle, play fetch for days, explore and chase and romp, and when it’s all been done and the zoomies have zoomed, they to plopped down and we’re finally ready for some fam pics. Finn being the goofball he is was really feeling the belly rubs so we went with it 😂

This beautiful buddy is Finn, a 3 year old Pittie mix with the sweetest smile, a gentle & playful heart, and the fanciest white butler gloves 😆 He loved catching treats and toys for the camera, practicing his tricks with his momma, and when he was finally all tuckered out he plopped down in the middle of the set spread eagle and just smiled at everyone. Finn is a very good boy 😍🥰🫶🏽

👋🏽Koda🐶
Koda is a 5 year old Golden Doodle filled to the brim with excited energy and pure doggy joy. He loved exploring the studio and the yard and playing in the yard after his shoot. He was not fazed by bubbles in the slightest, he actually seemed to enjoy them. Koda loves playing fetch, wrestling with his little brother Finn, and tearing toys to shreds. Koda is a good boy🥰

👋🏽Buffalo Bill🐶
Buffalo Bill is a 5 year old French Bulldog and the biggest little personality in the wild west. Such a ham 😂. My buddy Buff is obsessed with toys, LIVES for bike rides with mom and dad, and is pretty indifferent to bubbles as long as there are toys. Once he tuckered himself out running laps around the studio (and the backyard) he plopped down on set and was ready for his closeup 😂 Buffalo Bill is a very good boy 🤗

👋🏽Brandy🐶
Sweet Brandy is a Great Pyrenees and German Shepard mix. She’s shy and observant but very much a puppy- she loves cruising around the ice skating rink with her dad playing in piles of shaved ice and in the summer you can find her hiking one her favorite trails or chasing frogs down by the lake. Brandy is 2.5 years young and is pure sweet softness! Oh and she was very unsure of the bubbles 🤣

👋🏽Hiroshi🐶
Rescued at about a year old Hiro is now thought to be nearly 12, though we aren’t exactly sure. Part Chihuahua, part Manchester Terrier Hiro LOVES his ball, burrowing into blankets, pawing aggressively at your hand demanding belly rubs, and, true story, he has tragically murdered 8 full grown chickens in his lifetime… 4 on two separate occasions… and has received a subsequent lifetime ban from his grandparents backyard 😳🤦🏻‍♂️😂

Hiro is THE most affectionate little man with a big personality and he is my best good boy. You’ll be seeing more of my handsome firstborn son in the future too I’m sure 😏

Aaand we’re back 🤓
