We have made the bittersweet choice to announce the closing of Lucky Fellow Co. on 11/01/23, but I feel it is more important acknowledge the immense love and support from our reps and community that allowed us to do this in the first place. SHOP UPDATE💡

we are officially sold out of stainless steel (again!), and while I am so incredibly grateful to be busy in the studio, after careful consideration (and some unfortunate experiences with our previous manufacturer) I am unable to continue sourcing our stainless steel tags from the same place.

That’s when I had a bit of a “lightbulb moment”, as I think this is an excellent time in our shop for some product development! Based on the incredible feedback I have received, I have been on the hunt for a thicker tag that can hold up to the stamping process + our pets crazy experiences. I am always looking for the best of the best when it comes to sourcing materials for our shop — and as you know, I never use anything plated to ensure the efficacy of our products, which means this takes time to ensure we are getting our raw materials properly.

I am really excited to switch to a new manufacturer in hopes of alleviating some of these issues, and increasing the stamp hardness of these blanks. When we get our new + improved stainless steel tags back in stock, I will be sure to let you all know. ✨🖤

camping season is almost over — but luckily, these tags are ready for all kinds of adventures 🌿

I recommend frequently checking your locking carabiner clasp to keep your dog tag safe, as rough play and the elements can occasionally shift the screw — but with proper care, these solid metals are incredibly beautiful, strong and durable.

Meet our Fall/Winter ‘23 Brand Reps! 🐾🖤

If you don’t know already, I started Lucky Fellow Co. because of my dog, Leia []. I was tired of cheap and easily tarnished dog tags that didn’t hold up to our adventures here in Colorado, so I decided I had to learn to make my own! I have a big passion for sustainability, which is why I prioritize using the highest quality solid metals, compostable packaging and reusable organic cotton bags for every order. All of this to say, I am beyond grateful how little Lucky Fellow family has grown + I am so excited to bring on some more beautiful faces to this small business. We only just opened our Etsy shop in January of this year, and to see the love manifest in this talented group is such an incredible thing to be a part of.
