My dog Wynnie recently completed the 3 week in home board and train course with Virginia. She was very understanding of the breed (Weimaraner) and developed a plan specific to her and the issues we were having. Bird dogs are very high energy and she understood that I didn’t want to take that away, but to use it in the right ways. Before training she would never rest outside of the crate. Now, I can take her anywhere and she will settle. Also, her recall is amazing and I feel confident in every situation we’ve been in. Both of our lives are infinitely better since the program. The course also has follow up lessons and Wynnie was excited to see Virginia each time so I know things were done the right way. 100% would recommend.” -Bryce Morris

“Pavlov is the real deal! We brought our 1 year old lab puppy to Pavlov with little-to-no real training. Blake completed the 2 week boarding training and when we came to pick him up he was almost a new dog! Our first family walk post-Pavlov we just looked at eachother like “WOW no way is this the same dog!” Our relationship has improved so much with our dog now that we are all speaking the same language and have clear expectations. The best part about Pavlov is either their trainers, or the fact that they teach your dog good behaviors/manners and also teach you (the owners) how to keep the training going.

Chelsea was assigned as our trainer and she was beyond wonderful! Chelsea is amazing with dogs and people equally! Chelsea had patience with us as we navigated our new relationship with our dog and never made us feel like any question was silly. She was able to listen to our needs as parents and listen to our dogs’ needs to determine the best training for him. She gave us personalized tips and tricks for our dog (every dog is different!) and worked with us until we felt confident. She made it fun and a family experience! We can’t thank Chelsea enough and at this point would travel to wherever she is to get more lessons!” -Devon Kahle

Watch Them Grow: Featuring Georgie, The German Shepherd Mix Georgie came to Pavlov's Puppy Preschool when she was just 3 months old. Initially Georgie was very shy and seemed a bit overwhelmed with dogs trying to play with her. Her owners committed to bringing Georgie every weekend to build her socialization and this brought Georgie completely out of her shell! While she was still learning to understand dog body language, she was exploring more and actively searching for new friends in Preschool. Georgie returned to Pavlov for a Board and Train when she turned 6 months old to learn On Leash Obedience. Georgie was vocal in her crate, but otherwise she was confident and was seeking play from other dogs in play group! She had built up her impulse control and even took a trip to Petco with her old Preschool Instructor, Chelsea, and received all the compliments from store staff! #pavlovdogtraining #denverdogtrainer #balanceddogtraining #puppyclass #puppysocialization #PavlovPuppy

Watch Them Grow: Featuring Louis, The Wirehaired Pointing Griffon A note from trainer Chelsea: “Louis came to Pavlov's Puppy Preschool when he was about 3 months old. Right away he was very true to his breed as he was a rambunctious puppy that was zooming around during the socialization group! He was easily distracted and known for being quite a wiggle worm during pass the puppy. When it came time to settle during class Louis would remain very restless. By the second week of classes Louis seemed excited to come back in and was ready to show off his new use of his positive marker. Louis returned to Pavlov for OBD 2 when he was about 9 months old. His owners had put in the work at home by taking private lessons to build his on leash skills, but Louis still struggled with his impulse control. He was still easily distracted on walks and very vocal. After two weeks and being introduced to the ecollar Louis was learning to build his impulse control (especially around small prey animals) and even learned to Park It! Park It changed the game for Louis and his dad has even brought Louis to work with him to practice settling! Now you can find Louis and his owners at Group Class practicing their skills as Louis continues to mature!” #pavlovdogtraining #denverdogtrainer #balanceddogtraining #puppyclass #puppysocialization #PavlovPuppy
