All of my work and products are guaranteed for one year after purchase for any manufacturing defect. Horses can be rough and gemstones, crystals and other embellishments are fragile, and as we all know barns are dusty places. Leather should be cleaned and conditioned regularly. Repairs

ible I will send extra crystals or rhinestones if the setting is prone to getting stuck in a horse’s mane. You are welcome to ship back any product within the first year for free repairs. Repairs after one year
After the first year, I am still happy to do repairs but there may be a modest fee for the work or materials involved.
