The animal isn't the only project. The kid putting in countless hours of feeding, training, washing, and overall caring for the animal is also the project.

4-H isn't just for farm kids either. It reaches across communities rural, suburban, and urban- and even countries- and teaches youth the value of learning by doing, and serving your community and world 🌎

Sure am glad Jim,Nick, Denise, Kealey and Kassie got the hay barn full last weekend. Just need a couple wagons of 2nd cut in August and we are set for winter! Thank you for the great quality horse hay….Now…. Camps, shows and the lake for the rest of the season… oh yeah, and prepping for our new little equestrian ❤️❤️❤️. Great feeling of a good job well done!!

Cool situation for any true horseman or horsewoman who is looking to further their education in a knowledgeable setting. Serious inquiries only. We hire based on character and references.☀️🐴We are looking for one or two capable individuals, who are reliable and enthusiastic, for different positions at Jacobs Stables. We offer competitive wages and have a wonderful atmosphere and a good team already in place. We are detail oriented and believe in work smarter not harder. Our chore system is solid and consistent. The following positions are available:

🙋‍♀️1- Instructor who has experience and knows the ins and outs of stable life. We have a lot of first time adults wanting to learn as well as beginner kiddos on up. We have Possible living position available. Need to work well with kids and parents.

💪2.Stall person, looking for experienced but we are willing to train the right candidate. 18 stalls, 3-4 hours day. Done our way. Monday thru Saturday.

Days and hours are negotiable.

We will only respond to serious messages that call and set up an appt to visit and see how we run things. We will not respond to any other questions. Sorry but we are busy and won’t respond to any thing else. More details during interview. Lots of opportunities for the right candidate. Some travelling to shows, riding etc..

Hello, everyone. We have received numerous calls and messages regarding lessons. However, we are currently in our busiest time of the year with camps and shows. Unfortunately, we are not accepting new students at this time. We will likely have more availability come fall. 🤠🤠
