I am so proud of this girl and Elliot!
Shannon started taking lessons with me last year, officially a year ago. She told me her goal was to just learn and be able to enjoy riding. Since working together we have improved her horsemanship and grown her love for horses. She had her first show last Saturday with MWHA at the Howard County Fair and competed in speed! This girl even placed ❤️❤️ I am so proud of her and of my students all for their hard work and dedication to their horses❤️

I am so excited to share that Ervin Johnson and Chili got to compete at their first show at the Howard county Fair yesterday! This is huge for this pair as it has been Ervin’s goal for the last year to be able to compete at a horse show! This pair has gone through a lot of ups and downs and they have continued to push through and this was definitely a win for them❤️ I am so blessed to get to work with this amazing pair.

Update!
We are now closed for judging! I’ll be averaging the kids scores and they will be receiving awards today! I’ll then have the raffle by the end of today drawn!
Several have now completed judging so far! Don’t you wanna earn a tumbler and notebook? These kids worked hard and without you all it will be hard to give them a score, they will earn prizes based on your placing!

Alright guys! So exciting activity, participation is allowed till Midnight today!

I’ll be posting videos of my students performing a trail obstacle at camp today and guess what? YOUR THE JUDGE!
Out of 10 points plz comment below each video what you’d score the kids! And feel free to leave any comments if you think a student did specifically well on an obstacle!

Everyone meet Gator! He is currently in training with me for the next 30 days, his owner entrusted me to help Gator get through a lot of his fears and build some confidence in himself and people. Gator also has some spice to him so we are gonna work on improving communication between him and whoever is working with him. Stay tuned to see his progress!'

Not only does training horses make me happy but also watching my students grow and learn! This pair has been together for a little while not and have had many ups and downs and recently this year they are both clicking! I couldn’t be prouder of how these guys are progressing:) Also I am amazed at what some massage work and shoes can do for Rembrandt! He is moving so much better lately and a good part of it is thanks from both Affinity Equine Bodywork and our Farrier Tom! Thank you guys so much for helping Rembrandt to feel the best he can:)
