Former vet tech/assistant, professional groomer/stylist, trainer, kennel attendant & rescue worker/coordinator. Whether it is small and fuzzy, big and hairy, bald and fancy, quick and scaly or wet and slimy, your family friend is almost guaranteed to be my friend too. I do not discriminate when it comes to Earth's creatures. From tarantulas to goldfish, the weird and the not so weird, I truly love
them all. (That being said, plz don't harm spiders and such around me )
I aim to develop a special and unique relationship with each client, and their humans, in order to meet their specific requirements. They, like us, are individuals, and like us, their needs vary as such. For more information on any service, drop me a line! I should be back with you within a day or 2 tops. Most relationships change and evolve as I get to know you and your animals, and more services can become available as we become more comfortable with each other. You can rest easy knowing that I come not only with a love for all things non-human, but also an extensive professional background in the animal service industry. I am trained as a veterinary assistant and technician, including laboratory and x-ray technician at a full-service animal hospital. Things like administering medications and other things doctor-ordered are not usually a problem for me. I also was apprenticed as, and grew into a seasoned dog (and cat) groomer/stylist, with a few show dogs here and there for fun and lots of creative endeavors. I have donated much of my time to animal rescue and rehab, which in the past has involved more direct shelter work and animal rehabilitation. Currently My efforts have had to be cut back to fundraising mostly, transporting rescues when I can, and donating grooming/cleanup/nail trims to critters who need the help. I have a passion for our animal friends and most of them know it. I am that person who hears, "wow, that cat hates everybody!" as it sits purring on my lap, or "boy he's not scared of you at all!" as someone's skittish dog warms right up to me. Of course this doesn't happen every single time, but often enough to prove my point.
