Donkeys will forever amaze me 🫏🕳️

This is fascinating and needs to be shared again 💕
Donkeys and other Equids are known to dig wells in dryland areas in search of water, like this Kulan in central Asia. In the American southwest, new research suggests that wells dug by feral Donkeys and Horses engineer water holes that help other species by increasing water availability during dry times.
Often cast as invasive pests, the Equids actually benefit some ecosystems.

[ADOPTED 🎉] Gelding Mini Donks -- Looking for their forever homes! ❤️🫏

Pancho & Lefty are gentle, lead well, bonded, between the ages of 5-8yrs old and must go to a home together. (Please don't ask if they can go solo)

Brooks is between 6-8 yrs old, very sweet and gentle, loves treats and must go to a home with another donkey. (Not great as a horse companion)

[ADOPTED 🎉] Miss Cocoa is a 3-5 yr old mini mule Molly ready for her new forever home! She loves treats, has the cutest bray/whinny and loves being turned out with horse buddies and other minis. PM for adoption details

One out of every 5 mini donks we get in are as sweet as Brooks! He would do best with a donkey buddy. He's gelded, gentle, leads well, and is lower on the totem pole in the herd. Approx 6-8 yrs old. UTD on all vax, wormer and hoof trims. PM for adoption into.

Cocoa and Pumpkin are two Mini Mule Molly's that are looking for their forever families. They are not bonded and do not need to go to the same home.

Cocoa is dark brown 3-5 yrs old, very sweet, loves treats. She can be a bo**er to catch but once caught she's good on a lead. She wants to please and loves being around other minis and reg size horses.

Pumpkin is a sorrel 2-4 yrs old, and hasn't been handled much. She will need a patient owner to work with earning her trust. She would be a great companion for a horse or other mini. She is very small.
