Get your horse/s recondition and acclimated back to trimming and shoeing coming outta winter. A lot of folks forget that they even have horse in the winter. Then pull them out of the pasture. Act confused, like he/she's never done that before and then want them trimmed and/or shod like yesterday. Because, apparently they just grew all of a sudden. I retired from riding Bucking Bulls and Bucking Horses for a reason. I can not trim and/or shoe tomorrow, If I get Bucked Up Today. Just Saying. Capish???
