Duloc’s Dwarfs Sale Policy 🎭
Please understand that by making a deposit, this means you are agreeing to our policy.
1. All rabbits will stay with us until they are a minimum of 8 weeks old, some may need to stay longer.
2. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a sale at any time. If we cancel a sale we have the right to keep or refund the deposit as we deem necessary.
3. Prices depend on breed, color, gender and type.
4. To reserve an animal you must put down a non-refundable & non-transferable deposit. Deposits are 50% of the total. If local pick up the remainder is to be paid at pick up. If using transport the remainder is due 1 week before transport is scheduled to depart. If the remainder is not paid by that time then the deposit is forfeited and the animal will become available.
5. If you need to rehome any animals bought from us, we ask that you please let us know first. We will take back any animal we have produced. This is not the same as buying back, we offer this instead of our animals being dumped or left at a shelter. You would not get paid for either of those options either.
6. It is the buyers responsibility to check over their animals at pick up. This includes confirming the gender, and checking overall health. We do our best to accurately s*x our animals but mistakes do happen. We do not knowingly send sick animals to their new homes.
7. We are not responsible for the health of the animals once they leave our care. This includes when using transport, once the animal is with the transporter it is no longer our responsibility.
8. It is the buyers responsibility to provide transport if need be. We do have transporters we work with, I can provide their info upon request. You must confirm with us which transport, and when pick up will be (general month, doesn't have to be specific date until closer to. We understand how transport works) we have to make sure this will work for us too. We reserve the right to refuse to work with specific transport if we feel it is not in the best interest of our animals.
9. At time of deposit, pick up or transport arrangements must be made and agreed upon by both parties. If the animal is not picked up by yourself or transport when originally agreed upon there will be a boarding fee of $5 per day. This will need to be paid before the animal can be picked up or put on transport. We do understand the need for transport to delay due to RHDV2, and if this is the case the boarding fee does not apply.
10. For clients using transport only: If you fail to pick up your animal at the designated time and location we will work with the transporter to bring our animals home. This will result in you forfeiting what you have paid for the animal, and you will be added to our do not sell list.
