Wondering what to do with your pet's unused or expired medicine, or your own? We get asked this question a lot. We actually do not take medications for disposal or donation purposes. Most pharmacies will dispose of your meds, as well as the Henry Ford Hospital pharmacy and the John Dingell VA Med Center. Some animal rescue organizations will take medications as donations, but only if they have a veterinarian on staff, so check with each organization. Check out this video for more info!
