We have been super busy planting out our new, BIGGER U-PICK field down the street from the farm and we can't wait to share all the zinnias, sunflowers, snapdragons, cosmos, yarrow, strawflowers.. + looooots more with YOU this season. Last year we took a break from our usual open farm bc our little farm just couldn't keep up with the weddings, events subscriptions AND picking but we really missed SHARING THE FLOWERS and y'all really missed PICKING THE FLOWERS🌸💐🌼
Our first U-Pick is July 13 and we will run through the end of September. You can check out more details on our website soon!✂️💐

This hummingbird moth was making quick work pollinating every flower in my bouquet subscriptions going out yesterday🐝💐 so if your flowers felt extra special, now you know why💗 Thanks to everyone that showed up yesterday to the Open Farm and U-PICK! Brightmoor Flower Farm

Brightmoor Flower Farm is an urban flower farm situated on 4 city lots on the Rouge River water shed in the periphery of Detroit in the Brightmoor neighborhood.

Lisa Rivera, famer and florist, creates whimsical cut flower bouquets for all occasions throughout the year: weddings, parties and events, as well as everyday bouquets. Also, throughout the growing season, weekly and bi-weekly bouquet subscriptions, and monthly U-PICKS.

All flowers are grown sustainably using no pesticides or herbicides whatsoever. We take just as much pride in the many pollinators that visit our farm as we do in the blooms we grow!

Besides growing flowers we also love growing veggies, edible blooms and herbs!
