MEXICAN STREET CORN
Ingredients
6 Ears Fresh Sweet Corn
6 Tablespoons Mayonnais
½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Cup Cotija Cheese Crumbled
6 Tablespoons Fresh Cilantro Roughly Chopped
1 Teaspoon Chipotle Chili Powder
2 Limes Quartered
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place corn in husks directly on the oven rack. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until fork tender.
While corn is cooking, in a small bowl combine garlic powder and mayonnaise.
When corn is done brush with garlic mayo. Roll in cotija cheese.
Sprinkle with cilantro and chili powder.
Squeeze with fresh lime juice if desired.

Crockpot Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta
Ingredients:
1 (12 oz.) Bottle of Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce
2 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 cup Milk
8 oz. Cream Cheese, (Cut into Blocks)
1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
12 oz. Pasta
Instructions:
Place chicken in bottom of crockpot. Pour entire bottle of Parmesan Garlic Sauce over chicken.
Fill Parmesan Garlic Sauce Bottle with milk and shake.
Add milk and remaining sauce to crockpot.
Add cream cheese cut into blocks.
Add parmesan cheese and stir everything together to combine and coat chicken.
Cook on low for 3-4 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
Shred Chicken with two forks and return to crockpot, mix to combine in sauce.
Cook pasta according to package and pour pasta into crockpot. Stir to combine and serve!

EASY FUNNEL CAKE 🥰
You'll Need :
° 2 eggs
° 1 cup milk
° 1 cup water
° 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
° 1/4 cup granulated sugar and 3 cups self-raising flour.

Directions :
Whisk until smooth and I took a funnel holding my finger over the hole and scooped the mixture in, then held it several inches above the oil in circular motions until the funnel was empty.

Cajun Chicken And Broccoli Alfredo 🤤🤤😍 OMG DONT LOSE IT
Ingredients:

8 ounces fettuccine pasta
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper
Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions:

Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Season chicken with Cajun seasoning. Cook chicken in olive oil until browned and cooked through. Set aside.

Sauté garlic and broccoli in the same skillet until tender-crisp.

Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Simmer until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.

Add cooked fettuccine and chicken to the skillet. Toss until coated with sauce.

Cook for 2-3 minutes to blend flavors.

Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Turtle Bars
For the Crust:
1/2 cup of butter
2 cups of flour
1 cup of brown sugar
1 cup of pecan pieces
To create the crust, mix together the butter, flour, and brown sugar using either a pastry blender or a fork until the mixture has a crumbly texture.
Next, press the mixture into a 9" x 13" ungreased pan and sprinkle the pecan pieces on top.
For the Caramel Layer:
2/3 cup of butter
1/2 cup of brown sugar
To make the caramel layer, mix together the butter and brown sugar in a saucepan and heat over medium heat, stirring continuously, until boiling. Let the mixture boil for 1 minute.
Pour the mixture over the crust evenly.
Bake the crust in the oven for 20 minutes at 350°F.
For the Topping:
1 cup of milk chocolate chips
Once the crust is removed from the oven, sprinkle the chocolate chips over it. Let the chips sit for 5 minutes to allow them to melt and then spread evenly over the surface of the bars.
Allow the bars to cool, then slice them into the desired portion sizes.

This cake is so delicious. Made it for my aunt's birthday and there wasn't any left. The very next day my cousin called and begged me to make one to take for her class potluck. She said the cake was the first thing that to get eaten and her classmates have been begging her to get me to make another ASAP!

Peach Cobbler Egg Rolls 😋😋
Ingredients
10 Egg roll wrappers
1 Large can of sliced pieces drained and rinsed
¼ C.Water
¼ C.Granulated sugar
1Tbsp.Cornstarch
1tsp.Vanilla extract
Squeeze fresh lemon juice
1Large egg beaten
2 Tbsp.Butter melted
½ C.Brown sugar
1 Tbsp+ 1 tsp. Cinnamon divided
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Dice the peaches and add them to a skillet over medium high heat on the stove.
Mix the cornstarch with the water and add to the skillet along with the sugar. Stir until the sugar is melted, and the mixture thickens.
Stir in the vanilla, 1 tsp cinnamon and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
Remove the mixture from the heat and let cool.
Place an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface and add a layer of the filling to one end.
Fold the sides in and roll the egg roll closed.
Use a bit of egg to secure the egg roll closed.
Dip the egg roll in the melted butter.
Stir together the brown sugar and 1 Tbsp of cinnamon in a bowl, and toss the butter dipped egg rolls in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Place the egg rolls on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until browned and crispy.

STRAWBERRY CRUNCH CHEESECAKE CONES
Ingredients
The Cone And Crumble:
12 sugar cones
20 vanilla Oreos crushed
8 tbsp butter
The Filling:
16 oz cream cheese
½ cup sugar
2 Tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
8 oz cool whip
The Strawberries:
1 lb strawberries fresh or frozen
½ cup sugar
¼ cup lemon juice
¼ cup corn starch
2 Tbsp water
The Glaze:
2 cups powdered sugar
5 Tbsp milk
½ tsp vanilla
Instructions
Crumble
Finely crush the oreos in food processor. Mix in melted butter and pulse to combine. Place into baking dish and bake at 375F for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and mix in package of strawberry Jell-O
Cheesecake Filling
Add 16 ounces of cream cheese into your mixing bowl and beating on high until it becomes light and fluffy.
Once your cream cheese is fluffed, mix in ½ cup sugar, 2 tablespoons powdered sugar and 1 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract. Mix together very well.
Mix in 8 ounces of cool whip. Mix again until everything is combined.
Strawberries
There are two ways you can choose to add strawberries to your cheesecake cones. The first option is to use fresh strawberries, that have been washed, hulled and sliced. Then place the slices of fresh strawberries into a bowl and sprinkle some sugar over them.
The other option is to create a simple strawberry glaze. Place your strawberries in the saucepan and turn heat to medium. While your strawberries are warming up, add 1/2 cup sugar, ¼ cup lemon juice, 2 tablespoons water and ¼ cup corn starch. Mix all of the ingredients together.
Cook over medium heat stirring constantly. Once your mixture has started to thicken you can remove it from the heat and turn your burner off.
Glaze
Mix together 2 cups of powdered sugar, 5 tablespoons of milk and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract into a medium size bowl.
Assembly
Dip the ice cream cones into the icing so that the top section is covered in icing. Next roll your cone around in the crumbles so that your cone is evenly coated. Set each as it is finished on to a cookie sheet and allow it to dry.
Once cones are dry, it's time to move on to the cream cheese filling. Next pipe the cream cheese into the cones, this is your cheesecake base.
Drizzle the strawberries on top. Or if you are using fresh strawberries, place the chunks of strawberries in with the cream cheese.
To finish, drizzle the entire cone with icing.
Store in fridge until you are ready to serve.

Elvis Presley Sheet Cake - OMG😱 DON'T LOSE THIS😋
Ingredients
CAKE
1 box yellow cake mix
1 box vanilla pudding 3-ounce box that’s not sugar-free
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 cup milk
1 can crushed pineapple 16 ounces, undrained
1 cup sugar
FROSTING
1 package cream cheese 8 ounces, softened to room temperature
1/2 cup butter softened to room temperature
3 cups confectioner’s sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans optional
(You can also add a teaspoon of vanilla extract to the frosting if you like)
How To Make Elvis Presley Sheet Cake
Place cake mix, pudding, eggs, oil, and milk in a large mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer for one minute. Scrape down sides and beat again for about two minutes, or until smooth.
1 box yellow cake mix,1 box vanilla pudding,4 eggs,1/2 cup oil,1 cup milk
Pour batter into greased 9×13 baking dish and bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
While the cake is baking, place pineapple and sugar into a medium saucepan on the stovetop. Bring just to a boil over medium-high heat while stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat.
1 can crushed pineapple,1 cup sugar
Once the cake is done, remove the dish from the oven and poke holes all over the top with a fork. While the cake is still hot, pour the hot pineapple mixture over the top and spread to cover. Let cool.
For frosting, place the butter and cream cheese in a large mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Add confectioner’s sugar gradually, scraping down sides as needed, while beating with an electric mixer. Stir in pecans, if desired.
1 package cream cheese,1/2 cup butter,3 cups confectioner’s sugar,1/2 cup chopped pecans
Drop dollops of the icing onto the top of the cooled cake. Slowly spread the dollops together to cover the cake, being careful not to disturb the pineapple topping. Sprinkle the finished cake with additional pecans, if desired.

Cherry Layer Cake with Cherry Cream Cheese Frosting 🍰 😋
Ingredients:
For the Cake:
3 cups sifted cake flour
2½ teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
⅓ cup unsalted butter, room temperature
⅓ cup vegetable shortening
1½ cups sugar
¼ cup maraschino cherry juice
¾ cup whole milk
¼ tsp almond extract
16 maraschino cherries, cut into eighths
5 egg whites, room temperature, stiffly beaten
For the Frosting:
8 oz (1 block) cream cheese, room temperature
¾ cup (1½ sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
¼ cup maraschino cherry juice
6 cups confectionary sugar
Instructions
For the Cake:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Generously grease and flour two 9-inch round layer cake pans (line bottoms with parchment, if desired) and set aside.
Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt together in a medium bowl; set aside.
Cream butter, shortening, and sugar in a large bowl until fluffy, about five minutes.
Measure out the milk, almond extract, and cherry juice into one liquid measuring cup together.
Beginning and ending with the dry ingredients, alternately add the wet and dry to the creamed mixture.
Beat well after each addition.
Fold in the cherries.
Stiffly beat egg whites in a separate bowl.
Fold in ⅓ of egg whites to batter to lighten it. Fold in the remaining egg whites until mixture is well combined.
Divide the batter between pans and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until springy to touch.
Cool cakes in pans on wire racks for about 10 minutes. Using a thin knife, loosen carefully around edges and turn out onto the racks.
Cool to room temperature.
For the Frosting:
Cream together the butter and cream cheese with half the confectionary sugar. Add the cherry juice. Mix in enough of the remaining confectionary sugar to get the taste and consistency desired.

STEAK AND SHRIMP SCAMPI
Ingredients
½ lb. linguine
2 Tbsp unsalted butter
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp minced garlic
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
½ lb. jumbo shrimp (or size of your choice), peeled and deveined
⅛ tsp salt
⅛ tsp pepper
⅓ cup white wine or chicken broth
3 Tbsp lemon juice
3 Tbsp finely chopped parsley, plus more for garnish
Directions
Add linguine to an outsized pot of salted boiling water and let cook until hard , about 7 minutes. Drain well.
While pasta is cooking, add butter and vegetable oil to an outsized skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for one minute.
Add shrimp, salt, and pepper to pan and cook, stirring frequently, until shrimp are cooked through and pink, about 5 minutes. Remove shrimp to a plate and put aside .
Stir in wine (or chicken broth) and juice and cook for 1 minute. Remove skillet from heat and stir in parsley. Add linguine and shrimp back to skillet and toss to coat in sauce.
Divide between two plates or bowls and top with sliced steak. Sprinkle on additional chopped parsley.
Garlic Butter Steak
Heat an outsized forged iron pan over high heat and sprinkle steak with salt and pepper. When pan is hot, brush steak lightly with oil.
Place steak in pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes on all sides , until cooked to desire doneness (should be about 135 degrees for medium rare and 140 degrees for medium).
While steak is cooking, mix butter and garlic together during a small bowl.
Top steak with spread and let it rest for about 5 minutes before slicing (be bound to slice against the grain).

Salisbury Steak with Onion Gravy - 😍 OMG DONT LOSE IT
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1/3 cup bread crumbs
2 teaspoons ketchup
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder optional, use if not doing onion in gravy
Gravy
1 onion small
1 teaspoon oil
2 cups beef broth
4 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon ketchup
1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms optional
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
If you want caramelized onions in your gravy, start by thin slicing a small onion. Cook with 1 teaspoon oil over medium-high heat until nicely brown. About 7-8 minutes. You can cook the optional mushrooms instead or in addition with the onions. Set aside in a bowl.
In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 pound of ground beef with ⅓ cup breadcrumbs, 2 teaspoons ketchup, 1 teaspoon mustard and Worcestershire sauce, and ½ teaspoon garlic powder. If not doing the onions, then add ½ teaspoon onion powder.
Divide the hamburger mixture into 3-4 equal portions. A quarter-size indent in the middle of one side to prevent puffing up of the patties and make cooking evener.
Place steak patties in a large frying pan with a teaspoon of oil over medium-high heat. Flip about every 5-6 minutes until an internal temperature of 165°. About 15-20 minutes depending on the thickness, the pan, and your burners.
Whisk 4 tablespoons flour with 1 cup beef broth. Remove the Salisbury steak to a plate and lightly tent. Pour out most of the liquid, leaving about 3-4 tablespoons of liquid. Allow the pan to cool some. Add 1 cup beef broth and bring to a light boil over medium heat.
Slowly add the flour-broth mixture while continuing to whisk. Add 1 teaspoon ketchup and ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Whisk until nicely thickened, a few minutes. If using the caramelized onions or mushrooms, add them to the gravy and mix well.
Add steak back into the mixture, simmer for a few minutes until everything is hot.

Strawberry bombs these are irresistible!
INGREDIENTS:
300g (2 cups) flour
1 egg
45g (1/4 cup) sugar
pinch of salt
7g dry yeast
140 ml (3/5 cup) hot milk
40 g (1/4 cup) softened butter
For the decoration:
Whipped cream
Strawberries, chopped
Granulated sugar
METHOD:
Step1: In a medium bowl, combine sugar, yeast and milk and stir to dissolve.
Step2: Whisk the egg. Add the flour and salt, and start kneading the dough with a spatula. Then continue kneading with your hands until you get an elastic dough.
Step3: Add the softened butter and continue kneading until the butter is well incorporated into the dough.
Step4: Form a ball with the dough, cover with a tea towel or plastic wrap and let rise for an hour.
Step5: Divide the dough into 8 parts and roll each into a ball. Cover and let stand 30 minutes.
Step6: Flatten each ball a little and roll it into a ball again. Cover and let rest for another 30 minutes.
Step7: Fry the balls in hot oil over low heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Step8: Cool slightly and cut in half lengthwise, like a burger bun.
Step9: Garnish half with whipped cream and chopped strawberries, close with the other half, sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.

Cowboy Cookies😍 OMG DON'T LOSE IT
INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup butter
1 Cup sugar
1 Cup packed brown sugar
Cream together and add 2 eggs.
Add: 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 2 cups flour and 2 Cups oatmeal.
After all is blended add 2 Cups of chocolate chips & walnuts to taste.

BANANA BREAD BROWNIES ❤
Ingredients:
1-1/2 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. butter, softened
2 eggs
1-3/4 (3 or 4) ripe bananas, mashed
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
Brown Butter Frosting:
1/2 c. butter
4 c. powdered sugar
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 tbsp. milk
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375F. Grease and flour 15x10-inch jelly roll pan. For the bars, in a large bowl, beat together sugar, sour cream, butter, and eggs until creamy. Blend in bananas and vanilla extract. Add flour, baking soda, salt, and blend for 1 minute. Stir in walnuts.
2. Spread batter evenly into pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
3. Meanwhile, for frosting, heat butter in a large saucepan over medium heat until boiling. Let the butter turn a delicate brown and remove from heat immediately.
4. Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract and milk. Whisk together until smooth (it should be thicker than a glaze but thinner than frosting). Using a spatula, spread the brown butter frosting over the warm bars (the frosting will be easier to spread while the bars are still warm).

Ingredients
2 cups of Melted milk chocolate or dark chocolate
3 cups coconut flakes
1 cup Sweetened condensed milk
Method
Mix the shredded coconut with condensed milk,mold into oblong shape, add them to freezer for 20 minutes and then dip them in melted chocolate. Stick Almonds in them and have Almond Joys Be creative!!!!
